Other mistake: During Shaia's storyline (and in the movelist in case you defeat her) her sidekick is called Ballboy while the name is actually Ball Boy - same for her rival's Chrisboy/Chris Boy.

Other mistake: When Peter looks up "Roosevelt hotel", the map result shows "Map data ©2013 Google." The movie was shot in 2013 but takes place in 2014. (01:01:30)

Other mistake: Richard Parker is running away from Oscorp after triggering an alarm at either 6:30 or 9 PM - the movie is contradictory on which one. He goes home to quickly pack and get his son, and then goes to his brother's place to dump him there. The next scene shows him and his wife discussing the situation, including where to spend the night; they are mid-flight to Wisconsin and it's daylight.

Other mistake: Dana leaves her home in such a hurry that she does not even put anything on her baby in the middle of December. She shows up at Peter's home, he phones Ray who then rushes out of the door saying he's gonna check Dana's apartment. Peter tells Dana that Ray is going to check her apartment, but their phone convo ended way before Ray had taken that decision, and he has no contact with the others till morning when they meet at the museum.

Other mistake: The mayor and his crew have moustaches that defy any logic, still it should be noted that Van cuts them when they are extended for several feet but you see the cut and subsequent regrowth starting back from there a normal (for the average human) length.

Other mistake: Kindaichi puts on the table the map of the two buildings. The one to the right has a cutout part, but still shows as a full sheet. (00:19:00)

Other mistake: The Eternal's "Domo" is in Iraq. Phastus gives a radar device to Makkari and tells her to go find the Emergence point. We see her sprint away and pass by the Cristo Redentor statue in Rio, and then end up in a spot in the Indian Ocean (she is holding the global map and we see the landmark) that is practically in the Arabian Sea. So the radar brought her literally around the world to get almost to the starting point. Later in the movie Ikaris flies up in space from that spot, and is staring down at South America.

Other mistake: When you defeat BRIDER, you can acquire one of his special moves, which is called, of course, Double BLIDER Kick.

Other mistake: Ultron exterminates the world population quite literally nuking the planet. Black Widow and Hawkeye survive because they are in the air during the global inferno (that's not really how it works) and for the rest of the episode they saunter about on a world full of the deadliest level of radiation in a nuclear winter (electricity and cellular phones work, too).

Other mistake: Dialogue when the heroes locate the base; "The beacon's location was corrupted in transit, we have no idea where it came from." "Well, it looks to me your message is in non-linear hexacode" "That location looks familiar, Agent Carter?" And Sharon instantly identifies it. It may make sense when you write it, but not when there's no pause between sentences and no 'location' is shown. From "We have no idea where it comes from" to "Does it *look* familiar?" through a non-sequitur. (00:08:00)

Other mistake: When Joho is looking at 'the crazy guy' praying under the dam, the racquets in his hand (assuming that's what it is) are misshapen. (00:10:15)

Opera House Murder Case: File 2 - S1-E22

Other mistake: In the flashback with the sulphuric acid bottle dropping on Fuyuko, the bottle has still the cap on, making the incident as it is shown impossible. It should also be noted that there's a shattered glass noise, but in the previous episode we saw the bottle was perfectly intact on the floor and was even reused for a murder (although how could the culprit be in possession of it is a mystery - it's the same one since the stain on the label is identical).
