Other mistake: In the arcade version (available also for Saturn and PS1 in the Iren Arcade Classics collection) of this game inspired by a Jackie Chan movie, the protagonist, Kung-Fu master Thomas, sees both his martial art and name butchered in "Kanfu" and "Tohmas."

Samurai Shodown IV: Amakusa's Revenge

Other mistake: In one of the finest examples of EngRish in SNK videogames, whenever you win a round, you are treated to a triumphant message of "VICTOLY."

Jagged Alliance: Back in Action
Other mistake: The game lifts from Jagged Alliance 2 practically all the meager flavor text it can fit. That includes mercenaries' biographies, but it does it with the occasional mistake. Sheila "Scope" Sterling's profile, which was already a correction from a previous game, says "First off, a correction is in order; 's previous bio" etc. They omitted the name of the mercenary.

Robocop 2
Other mistake: After beating the end boss "For this the final confrontation", you get an ending screen that commits the all too common mistake of spelling a possessive without apostrophe ("Robocops performance" instead of "Robocop's performance").

Kaiser Knuckle

Other mistake: In Marco's ending, the word "Valuable" is misspelled into "Valuavle".

Martial Masters
Other mistake: The final boss of the game is the true form of Lotus Master. So his name, in the health bar, appears as... "TURE LOTUS MASTER."

Burning Rival
Other mistake: The intro of the game begins as such; "The outlaw FIGTERS are now gathering here!"

Knuckle Bash

Other mistake: The intro of the game misspells the plural of "hero" twice.

Mug Smashers
Other mistake: The comic panel story introducing the plot needed some polishing from a native English speaker, since it makes poor use of articles and even punctuation. For instance, the headline of "NEW" (apparently a newspaper) says "Police think that Mad Dog, is responsible for the abduction." Random comma and a full stop in a headline.

An Invisible Sign (2010)
Other mistake: The protagonist is still a kid, and she is telling in voiceover about all the things she vows to renounce hoping to have her dad back in health. On the porch she knocks repeatedly on the wood, but the magical numbers don't appear. (00:05:00)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Other mistake: When Magnum is watching the game on TV, it is also the game TC is watching, which makes sense. What makes less sense is that it is also the same game, same action, that was shown just 3 episodes earlier in 4-8, when Rick and Higgins called him as he was supposedly in the Tiger Stadium with an invite for the locker rooms after. Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Other mistake: Rick is telling Magnum about the time he was playing stickball in Chicago. His tale is interrupted by a ball flying high for the home run. The shot, with the ball ending over the outfield fence as it falls, is a blatant recycle from the very opening of the episode; the ball that Danny was pretending to try and catch as he ran to the fence dropped from the sky with those exact same 3 utility poles, in "Taiwan." It's also a clear sky that does not match the overcast sky of the practice match. (00:02:20 - 00:24:20)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)

Other mistake: Forgetting the absurdity of a kid who's never been on a horse before that can just hop on one and gallop all night long, the stuntman riding Agatha's horse when Higgins and Magnum watch them fade into the night wears a striped shirt; Benny in the morning is still on the horse, on the run, but has a sports jersey with a very different color pattern, basically bi-color with the full bottom half powder blue. (00:36:50 - 00:38:15)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Other mistake: In the shots from inside the van it's easy to tell that Benny throws the newspapers in such a weak way that they hardly can reach past the outer fencing and walls - in fact the last one he throws before TC tells him "Not like that" is shown in the next shot landing on somebody's lawn, but from the van window you could see he tossed it into a driveway, at a height that could never go past the hedge. Zelda II: The Adventure of Link
Other mistake: One of the most notorious bits of dialogue from the game who became part of pop culture is the character in Ruto that tells link "I am Error." Since it stands out as a strange name, it is often believed to be a mistranslation, but it's actually correct, and the mistranslation lies in another character of similar appearance near Saria who tells Link "Bagu is my name. Show my note to the River Man." He is supposed to be named Bug, not Bagu, to make a pair; Bug and Error.

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Other mistake: Throughout the entire run of the series, the very first shot of the opening contains a mistake; the helicopter's tail rotor is on the right side (mirrored), going then to its actual position (left side) for the rest of the sequence.

Lupin the 3rd (1971)

Other mistake: In the opening of this first series dedicated to Lupin, Fujiko Mine is riding a motorbike with the poorly romanized brand "RUPIN III"

SD Gundam G Generation: Cross Rays
Other mistake: In the profile of the Gundam Nadleeh unit it is written "It's most unique feature is known as the Trial System." Its, not it's.

The King of Fighters All Star
Other mistake: Amongst the various generic enemies you can face, there are construction workers with a "New York City" print shirt. The character model mirrors when they face left, including the writing on the shirt.

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Other mistake: With episode 11, "Thicker Than Blood", the opening changes to the truly iconic version associated with the series, with a large overhaul of footage. There must have been some hiccup making it though, because the title of the series appears as "Magnum PI", no punctuation. There's a version of the opening that includes the correct "P.I." title card.
