Other mistake: In the TGRI building, the whole computer scene is the kind of nonsense you can expect from something really 90s and childish. Forgetting the fact that Donatello's big fingers are obviously too big to push the keys, the database screen scrolls independently from his movement, and when he tries to "decode" the database, whatever it means, he just types back the serial number. It's all just waving hands around to make it look like you're doing something. (00:25:05)

Other mistake: During the infiltration in the carrier, Ice Cube steals an M2 Bradley and drives it around damaged for an extended period of time; the flames keep burning with different intensity always at the same spots; one wonders what makes the same point of the armor and the very bottom corner of the back ramp for so long, without spreading at all. (00:56:00)

Sammo

Other mistake: The establishing shot of the General's house shows still Charlie's car outside in the driveway when Ice Cube gets out of the shower, but for obvious reason it can't still be there - the police convoy is arriving. And of course Ice Cube never hears her drive off or the complex murder setup happening. At the same time, the police IS incredibly quick to arrive. How long did that rugged army man spend in the shower, oblivious to everything? (00:42:45)

Sammo

Other mistake: Ice Cube just got 'home' after the umpteenth inexplicable escape from the police (he was surrounded by the police with 10 miles radius of roadblocks and they found out about his escape almost instantaneously). The same newscast that reports Pettibone's death reports also that his troops are en route for the funeral. That means that the funeral has been already booked quite literally when his body is still warm. (00:47:50)

Other mistake: In the Super Nes version (the Genesis version fixes this), the dialogue once defeating the first mini-boss says "You're nothing but Darksied's pawn, Despero", misspelling the name of DC comics uber-villain and final boss of the game Darkseid.

Sammo

Other mistake: Gibbons and Stone have been been together in the same car for over 15 hours at least, from Kansas to Washington DC, and at Lo's they still talk as if they haven't exchanged a single word. (00:19:15)

Sammo

Other mistake: We know exactly when Darius escaped from prison; 12:06, so, at noon. The moment he gets in the car, he asks to enjoy some carnal pleasures with a burger, and so we see them in the next scene at the burger restaurant...at night. And they haven't talked about anything yet, not even where are they going. So...it's completely unexplainable what they've been doing all afternoon and how could they restrain a hungry Ice Cube all that time. Just a random time skip. (00:13:30 - 00:15:00)

Sammo

Other mistake: As they drive away from the base stormed by the mysterious invaders, Gibbons mentions that they need to get "off the grid." His watch indicates it's 12:45. The Secretary of Defense informs the President. Who, shocked, reschedules the budget meeting; the clock of the room signals 3:30, but the attack, in Virginia so not in a different timezone, "just" happened. (00:04:30 - 00:07:00)

Sammo

Other mistake: Gibbons asks for a lockdown, and on screen several doors appear in the map of the facility, in red, but the villains move undisturbed for big corridors past huge metal doors that would have easily slowed their path down if they closed. The movie does nothing to establish if they managed to prevent those doors from locking up, and how - they did not hack the system, they broke in blasting holes from the surface. (00:02:00)

Other mistake: In Story Mode, "World Youth Championship 3-1", the section "Netherlands no.1 in the World" concludes with the whole team shouting in unison (there's also an audio clip with the quintet of characters reciting the line at once), but the line is wrongly attributed to an unspecified "Teammate."

Sammo

Other mistake: Danny (who somehow knows where the Turtles hideout is, maybe someone else in the Foot clan told him) is hiding in the closet, cowering in fear in a corner of it. April, who is way behind and with her view even further obstructed by Leo and the others as she steps to the left, guesses that it is him even if the little guy hasn't spoken a word yet. (01:03:45)

Sammo

Other mistake: April mentions that she has not been to the old farmhouse in years, and that the nearest neighbour is four miles away, but the morning of their departure is signaled by a rooster crow. (00:51:00 - 01:01:50)

Sammo

Other mistake: In a close-up of Chief Sterns' desk as he calls the parents of the juvis, you can see (top right) that Danny's arrest date is 9/3/89, which is inconsistent with the date established at the beginning. (00:28:20)

Sammo

Other mistake: The clock behind the couch April rests on (and crawls terrified on when she wakes up) indicates 5:35 for much longer than a minute. (00:21:30 - 00:23:00)

Other mistake: Coming out of the same door he went through at the beginning of his dungeon quest, Xander shoves back the guy he stunned; considering the sedative is supposed to last for 12 hours, what is he doing standing there? But if we assume that sedation in movies does not matter and you can just wake someone up with a slap on the cheek, fine; there's still a continuity mistake when we consider that Xander pushes him back quite far but when the two henchmen come out of the door they find him much closer. Other mistake: Kirili shoots the first time in the crowded square, people walk about as if nothing happened, give out leaflets and all that, nobody is even curious about the noise. (01:05:30)

Other mistake: During lunch, Yelena learns about Kirili waiting outside in sniper mode. As she speaks with Xander, his wristwatch says it's 12:35, but the restaurant's clock says it's 5 past noon. (01:03:15)

Other mistake: The shot of the windows falling off when agent Milan Sova touches them is repeated, it's like they are coming down a second time and not in a dramatic "replay" sort of way. Also, if the windows come down, in unison, when a guy simply taps the glass to wipe a bit of dirt off (he was not leaning on it with his body or he would have fallen as well), the building is made of playing cards, and we have seen snow in the previous scenes, which would have built more pressure on those roof windows than that guy's hand, tenfold. Other mistake: When the bad guys take the cop from the bar, he starts talking to them in English and everyone is, for no reason since they are in a bar in Prague they own and he is from the local police force. In the rest of the movie it is otherwise abundantly shown when people speak a foreign language, but for that scene it wouldn't have worked. (00:35:55)

Other mistake: Tony Hawk's crew recovers in a handful of seconds the three cameras that recorded Xander Cage's insane stunt. Considering it's 2 guys wearing sleeveless tank tops and one camera was strapped to the hood of the car (and the car fell hood-first, right on top of it) and the other was secured inside the burning car itself, you gotta wish someone filmed THAT operation, because sounds xtreme as hell.
