Other mistake: The scene with Nicholas Cage browsing with his wife a series of pictures of missing children has a fundamental flaw; the idea is that "most" children who go missing on any day other than Halloween are found, but on Halloween the % drops to "just half." Look at the screen while Cage is saying this; it's not at all what it is shown. The cases solved in the first 'random' day (they have a red stamp on the kid's pic) are way less than 50%, not even 30%. (00:45:30)

Other mistake: The aged children from the first movie find the old kite and Michael decides to throw it away, setting in motion the titular event of this movie. Problem is, the yellow border here is neat and along the whole perimeter, while in the iconic finale of the previous movie, one side of the lozenge was patched up with newspaper. (00:18:45)

Cage says "on July 15", but if you look at the screen, the search is for "past 6 years, April 27." Other mistake: Talentless footballer Ryo Ishizaki juggles the ball with his foot when he's chilling riverside in a way that not even the most skilled pro in the world could pull off, not unless the ball was tied to an elastic string. He's bouncing it in a diagonal pattern just moving his ankle and somehow the ball pushed forward gets back to his foot each time. (00:06:05)

Other mistake: Misaki reminds Ishizaki about the next phase of the selection for the team. When he replies, someone drew eyelids on them, but the same color of the white of his eye. (00:02:30)

Other mistake: In Team England's ending, Mai says "Look! This is the doom of a male.chauvinist" (with a dot in the middle that is out of place) and the defeated Rugal replies "Ha ha ha ha! You still want money." Something must be lost in translation there...and it is. If you look at the Japanese ending, there's a line from Yuri that goes "さ あ 優 勝 賞 金 を 渡 し て よ!" "Give us the prize money!"

The animation of the team in training has noticeable errors, with a player that suddenly appears coming out of nowhere from behind the rightmost one, who is standing immobile in front of the goal and after a second disappears abruptly. Other mistake: Spurred by his new deskmate, Tsubasa juggles the ball and sends it with a header right onto the empty seat. Pretty sure it's forbidden in any school to just come to class with a football, but besides that; look at how the football is in view. How tall would the chair have to be for that to happen? Whoever sits on it has no room to put their legs under the desk for sure. (00:10:35)
