Continuity mistake: Paleto Score Setup: When Michael, Trevor and Lester return to Trevor's office after surveying the bank, Trevor takes a bowl of stew out from his fridge with his left hand, but when he goes to put the bowl in the microwave, the bowl is in his right hand.

Continuity mistake: The Paleto Score: Whilst arguing before the heist, in the when Trevor says "I miss Brad", Lester is looking down at his laptop typing away, but in the next shot, he is suddenly looking at Trevor before turning back to his laptop.

Continuity mistake: Crystal Maze: When Trevor is demanding Cheng's translator to tell him who they are dealing with, he grabs Cheng by the head and starts banging his head against a support column. In one shot, there is no blood on the support beam when Cheng's head is being banged against the column, but when the shot cuts to a different angle, a blood stain has suddenly appeared on the column.

Continuity mistake: Fame or Shame: When Trevor tells Lazlow to take his pants off, Lazlow lowers his pants to his knees, but in the next shot, his pants are suddenly off completely and on the ground beside him.

Continuity mistake: Dead Man Walking: Dave Norton takes a photo of Ferdinand Kerimov to show to Michael. When he first takes out the photo, his index finger is touching the corner of the photo. The shot cuts to a close-up of the photo, where his index finger is now placed over most of the photo.

Continuity mistake: Did Someone Just Say Yoga?: When Michael is bending over while doing yoga, whilst Fabian is saying "Your lungs, they work, yes? Out through those wrinkled lips", Michael is bending down with his hands above the ground. The shot then cuts to a cutscene, where his hands are now touching the ground.

Continuity mistake: Did Someone Just Say Yoga?: Whilst practicing yoga, when Michael is bending over, Amanda's shadow is cast on his mat, but when the game cuts to the cutscene, her shadow has suddenly moved to the edge of Michael's mat.

Continuity mistake: Scouting the Port: When Wade picks up the portrait of Floyd's girlfriend, he grabs the lower left hand section with his left hand and grabs the middle of the bottom section with his right hand. The shot cuts to a different angle, where Wade's right hand is now closer to the right hand side of the bottom section.

Continuity mistake: Scouting the Port: When Floyd returns to the apartment after Trevor and Wade have discussed the heist plan, Trevor begins to say "We are going straight to the local union rep" whilst walking around the counter. The shot ends with Trevor midway through past the counter, but in the next shot, he has suddenly walked past the counter, standing still.

Continuity mistake: When Tony is talking with Pepper, she unties Tony's sleeves from around his shoulders when she points out the unit on his chest. The sleeves are hanging over Tony's shoulders in the wideshot as he says, "I'm just trying to protect us," but when it cuts to the closeup the sleeves have vanished, between shots. (00:12:20)

Continuity mistake: When the armies are approaching the barrier in Wakanda, in the shot where M'Baku is first chanting with his army, T'Challa is approaching him and Captain America, Black Widow and Bucky are a couple of feet next to him. When they stop, Captain America is standing ahead of Black Widow. It then cuts to T'Challa saying "Thank you for standing with us", and Captain America, Black Widow and Bucky are now side by side. Continuity mistake: When Groot creates a handle for the axe with his arm, he chops off the arm and it lands on the ground. The sharp end is facing to the right when it lands, but when it begins to lift, the sharp end is now facing to the left. (01:44:20)
Suggested correction: Looking at the screen, sharp end is to the right, Groot adds the handle as he does he rotates it, and then when he creates the handle, Stormbreaker falls as expected.
You're talking about the wrong part of the scene. The mistake occurs after Groot adds the handle and cuts off his arm. After the completed Stormbreaker falls, its position changes when the camera cuts to it starting to rise.

Continuity mistake: When Thor, Rocket and Groot begin charging towards the army after arriving in Wakanda, the shot from behind them shows Rocket and Groot running slightly behind Thor. Then it cuts directly to a shot in front of them, just before Thor jumps into the air, and Rocket and Groot are now further back. (01:45:50)

Continuity mistake: When Black Widow stabs Corvus Glaive, she kicks him to the ground and he drops his weapon, with the weapon landing beside him. Proxima Midnight then runs up to Black Widow and Captain America picks up Corvus Glaive's weapon, but it is now much further away from him. (00:41:05)

Continuity mistake: Just after Tony realises Drax isn't listening to him, Star-Lord tells Tony not winging it isn't really what they do. In this shot, Tony is looking at Star-Lord. Spider-Man asks what exactly is it that they do, and Tony is suddenly looking at Spider-Man, then Mantis says "Kick names, take ass" and Tony is suddenly looking at Drax and Mantis. (01:22:25)

Continuity mistake: On Titan, when Tony begins speaking with Spider-Man, Star-Lord, Drax and Mantis, in the shot where he says "We gotta coalesce", Spider-Man is standing a few feet away from Tony and is facing him, but in the next shot, Spider-Man is suddenly standing closer to Tony and is now facing the others. Continuity mistake: Whilst they are discussing the plan on Titan, just after Star-Lord tells Tony to not call them plucky, the shot cuts to Tony turning his head to Star-Lord. In this shot, Tony and Star-Lord are positioned around 90° rotated from each other, but in the next shot, the two are suddenly facing each other directly. (01:22:55)

Continuity mistake: When Thanos brings Vision back to life using the Time Stone, Thanos is standing a couple steps away from him after bringing him back. Wanda then tries to stop him, and it cuts to a wide shot where he suddenly is a couple of steps closer with his hand suddenly around Vision's neck. Thanos then pushes her with his other hand and in the next shot, Thanos is then reaching to put his hand around Vision's neck even though he was just shown with his hand around Vision's neck already. Continuity mistake: When Ebony Maw is walking past the dead Asgardians, the camera pans from feet up to his face, and Corvus Glaive is walking past him. The shot cuts to a different angle, where Corvus Glaive is now several meters away from him. (00:01:35)
