Continuity mistake: As Calculus is escorting Tintin and Haddock through his inventions room, Haddock stops to pull a small lever on a clothes brushing machine. He pulls the lever forwards, but in the next shot, the lever is back to its original position. (00:05:40)

Continuity mistake: When the Sirius is first shown, there is an anchor near the front of the ship. Later on in the episode, whilst Tintin, Haddock and the detectives go to Francis Haddock's island, the anchor has vanished. (00:06:30 - 00:10:35)

Continuity mistake: When Haddock realises Calculus placed the shark submarines on the ship, he goes outside to find him and slips on a small puddle of booze. About two shots after this, the size of the puddle is suddenly much larger. (00:09:20)

Continuity mistake: Lisa the Tree Hugger: When Mr. Burns is talking to Smithers about his tree cutting plan, there is an overview shot where his right arm is near the edge of the mat on the table. The shot cuts to a closer shot of Burns and his arms are now near the middle of the mat.

Continuity mistake: Mob Rules: When Martin runs into the road and tells Ned to stop his car, there are two white lines across the road in front of the car. After Martin drives off, the two white lines across the road have suddenly vanished.

Continuity mistake: Mob Rules: When Martin runs out of the video game store, there is a line of people queueing outside. A couple of seconds later, as Marge and Lisa watch Martin throw Ned out of his car, the video game store is visible in the background, and the queue has vanished.

Continuity mistake: Mob Rules: When Martin Prince carjacks Ned, the shot of Ned being thrown out of the car shows the car having a shadow. The shot changes to an overview angle of Martin driving away, and the car's shadow has vanished.

Continuity mistake: Mob Rules: When Homer talks about how much he wanted to be a human garbage disposal, there is a glass of milk in front of him. Two shots later, after Marge suggests if he should put his powers to good use, there is suddenly more milk in his glass.

Continuity mistake: Mob Rules: When Kang and Kodos are arguing, the Earth shown through the monitor changes entirely when the shot cuts. Extra land and additional clouds have suddenly appeared. The shot shown on the monitor is also much further away when the shot cuts.

Continuity mistake: Mob Rules: When the dolphins are charging towards the shore, the head dolphin, Snorky lays on a rock on land and turns to face the other dolphins, but from an overview angle, he is suddenly lying on the sand.

Continuity mistake: Enter the Cheatrix: When Bart and Lisa are first in the Game Engine, they are standing side by side on two different sections of the floor. From a reverse angle, they are suddenly standing on the exact same section of the floor.

Continuity mistake: Mob Rules: When Springfield is being invaded, the Simpsons are in their home, with Marge and Lisa in the doorway and Homer hiding behind the door. Lisa then says "We've gotta do something", the entire doorway is visible in frame and Homer has suddenly vanished.

Continuity mistake: Enter the Cheatrix: When the ape snatches Professor Frink, Frink is holding the Simpsons game strategy guide with his left hand, but as the ape jumps into the pipe, the manual has vanished. He couldn't have dropped it as he gives it to Bart and Lisa later on.

Continuity mistake: Invasion of the Yokel Snatchers: Cletus confronts the aliens about their thieving. He is holding two coupons in his hand, which two shots afterward become three, then when one of the aliens takes them, there are suddenly six coupons in the alien's hand.
