Continuity mistake: The scientists tell Zira to put the shaped blocks back in the box. She starts by placing an orange heptagon in the box, followed by a purple square and blue square, followed by a blue triangle. This is all she puts in the box in this shot, but by the next shot, a red star has appeared and an orange shape has appeared in the corner of the box. Also, the blue square has vanished and Zira then puts a purple box down in its place. (00:14:10)

Continuity mistake: When the scientists are using the blocks on Zira, Zira is told to point to the blue blocks. As she points, the blue block is at the front of the pile from the scientist's perspective. In the next shot, the blue block is suddenly in the middle of pile. (00:13:30)

Continuity mistake: After completing "Juggernauts and Crosses", it will show the Fantastic Four outside Baxter Building. The Thing and The Human Torch will then run off, leaving Mr. Fantastic and the Invisible Woman. The two will then go to Central Park and get in the Fantastic Car. When they get into the shuttle, it is still just them, but when the intro clip for "Doctor In The House" starts, The Thing, The Human Torch and Nick Fury have appeared in the shuttle from nowhere.

Continuity mistake: When Taylor and Brent fight in the cell, just before Taylor jumps on Brent, we can see nothing on the floor behind Brent. Then as Brent gets jumped on, some blood has appeared on the floor out of nowhere. (01:17:25)

Continuity mistake: When one of the apes shoots the horse, Brent and Nova fall off the horse and land about six feet away from it. Shot cuts and they are suddenly only about two or three feet away from it. (00:31:00)

Continuity mistake: In the sauna, when the general says twelve of his finest scouts vanished and Zaius corrects him by telling him it was eleven, there are visible steam clouds around them. The general then stands up, and the steam cloud around them has suddenly vanished. Some steam is still visible, but the steam around the two has definitely vanished. (00:22:25)

In the close-up, as he aims the rifle at the stone wall, you can see his left hand is wrapped around the butt of the rifle. Between this shot and the next shot, Taylor's hand switches which side of the rifle butt it is holding. (00:11:40)

Continuity mistake: In a flashback sequence of Taylor and Nova, Taylor is trying to get Nova to say her name. In the shot where he is gesturing the word "Nova" with his lips and repeating the name, the end of this shot shows a strand of hair flying over Nova's face and her hair is blowing backwards. In the next shot, the hair strand is gone and her hair is blowing forwards. (00:11:30)

Continuity mistake: When Brent and Nova first meet, in the reverse angle where Brent says "Don't be afraid. Just tell me where I am", his shovel is shown to be slanted to the right. In the next shot, the shovel is suddenly mostly level. (00:10:15)

Continuity mistake: As Nova approaches the wreckage of the ship, Brent is shown hiding and holding the shovel in his hand. In the wide angle, the shovel is held almost up to Brent's chin, but in the sudden close-up of Brent, the shovel is suddenly lowered with no time to do so. (00:09:55)

Continuity mistake: When Brent hears a horse in the distance, he goes to take cover behind the wreckage of the ship. In the mid-shot from the side, Brent looks over the ship and just to the left of the huge tear in the ship is some sort of scratching in the ship's paint. In the previous shot, as Brent ran over to the ship for cover, the scratching marks were never there. (00:09:30)

In a close-up, Taylor looks at Nova and places his hand on Nova's cheek, but in the reverse angle he suddenly doesn't have his hand on her cheek and he is now looking straight forward. (01:44:30)

Continuity mistake: When Taylor ties Doctor Zaius up to the log, shots from behind Zaius show the rope at the top of the log just above Zaius' head to be wrapped around the log only twice. Shots from in front of Zaius show the rope to be wrapped tightly a dozen times around the log. (01:37:35)

Continuity mistake: When Lucius releases Taylor from his cell after knocking out Julius' the guard, his hands are shown to be tied above the horizontal lining along the cell. Then as Lucius says "We've got to move fast", the guard's hands are now tied below the horizontal lining along the cell. (01:19:05)

Continuity mistake: After Lucius knocks out the guard, Lucius then ties the guard to the cell bars. In the shot where Lucius says "I'm Doctor Zira's nephew. This abduction was her idea", it can be noticed the fingers on the guard's right hand are resting freely. Then as Taylor says "Get me out of this", the fingers on the guard's right hand are almost clenched together. (01:19:00)
