Land of Black Gold: Part 1 - S2-E10

Plot hole: Thomson and Thompson fall asleep whilst driving their jeep and are arrested because whilst they were asleep, they drove into and damaged several people's markets and as well as driving into the wall of a building. Although the decision to arrest them would seem normal due to the vandalism, it does not make sense why both of the detectives would have gotten arrested. Even if they both fell asleep at the wheel, only one of the detectives was actually responsible for the vandalism caused by this. (00:19:00)

Other mistake: In order for Rastapopoulos to break into the secret passageway, he places chunks of dynamite around the idol, then lights a fuse for each individual chunk of dynamite, all burning at the same time.
