Trivia: When Yelena is talking about Alexei wanting to relive his glory days as the Red Guardian, she sarcastically calls him Crimson Dynamo. In the comics, Crimson Dynamo is one of Iron Man's enemies. Ivan Vanko from Iron Man 2 was partly based on this character.

Trivia: At one point in this episode, Mobius mentions that the TVA has interrogated vampires. While this may seem like an innocuous line, it may be a subtle way for Marvel to plant the seeds of Blade's forthcoming MCU debut.

Trivia: In the comics, the Grandmaster has blue skin. Taika Waititi opted not to color Jeff Goldblum blue for this film since he already previously played a blue-skinned character in the film Earth Girls Are Easy. However, you can see Grandmaster's fingernails are painted blue, possibly as a reference to his comic counterpart.

Trivia: A behind the scenes photo showed Chris Hemsworth sporting an extremely muscular build. However, it wasn't for this film that he achieved that physique, but rather for a Hulk Hogan biopic that ended up being scrapped.

Trivia: The tone and inflection of Miss Minutes' voice, as well as the animated presentation itself, bear a strong similarity to the Mr. DNA sequence from Jurassic Park.

Trivia: Chris Pratt had planned to audition for the role of Chris Pratt, thinking he would land the role simply for having the same name as the character. However, he postponed the audition to go on a fishing trip, and by the time he had returned, Joseph Gordon-Levitt had been cast in the role.

Trivia: A scene that was filmed, but not included in the final cut, was a fight between Sylvester Stallone and Jesse Ventura. This explains why Ventura disappears from the film after killing Dr. Cocteau.

Trivia: When M.O.D.O.K. and Austin are out on town, the places they visit make references to several other Marvel characters. The dragon that is serving them in the restaurant is Fin Fang Foom. The concert they are next shown to be attending is advertising Lila Cheney, who in the comics is a mutant who can teleport over interstellar distances. Lastly, the arcade belongs to Arcade, who is primarily an enemy of the X-Men. (00:10:27 - 00:10:58)

Trivia: Despite its guitar-driven sound, the theme song for this show was actually written entirely on a keyboard using MIDI technology. Composer Ron Wasserman attributed this to having hardly any gear to work with, which only consisted of a nice mixer board that had EQ in it, and one compressor. He even admitted to pouring a Coke into the first console so that they would buy him a new one.

Trivia: The film mentions that modern followers refer to Dracula as Drake. This is likely a reference to Frank Drake, who in the comics is a descendant of Dracula and was a member of the Nightstalkers alongside Blade and Hannibal King.

Trivia: Marvel opposed this film so much that they released an issue of The Punisher that depicted characters with the likenesses of Miles Teller, Kate Mara and Jamie Bell being killed in an explosion.

Trivia: This film depicts the Utah Jazz as the NBA's Western Conference Champions (and eventual NBA champions). In the NBA season that followed the release of this film, the Jazz coincidentally became Western Conference Champions for the first time in franchise history, though they would lose in the NBA Finals to the Chicago Bulls.
