Continuity mistake: When Bond raises the man in the mud's head, the mud is smooth. From an immediate new angle, it's rugged.

Continuity mistake: When the cops chase Bond in Las Vegas, they all drive by many cars. However, in a close-up inside the police car, one can see an empty road behind.

Revealing mistake: When the guy in the tub gets covered in mud, his swimming cap to protect his head protrudes around the ears. After Bond sprays him with water, the cap is gone.

Continuity mistake: When Mr. Kidd tries to kill James with the flaming shish-kabobs he is wearing gloves, which weren't there immediatly before.

Continuity mistake: During the car chase scene through Las Vegas, you can see the crowds lining the streets to watch the filming, yet in some of the street scenes there are no crowds.

Revealing mistake: Many times throughout the car chase in Las Vegas between Bond and the cops, you can see skid marks where they tried earlier stunts with the cars on those points on the road. The most obvious is when Bond pulls away from the Sheriff after he approaches the car.

Revealing mistake: When Bond is driving down the dirt road, it's very obvious that the driver is Sean Connery's stuntman.

Continuity mistake: Bond grabs the golf club that Trench is holding and retrieves it towards him. A split second later, from the opposite angle, his hand is away and she's still holding the club firmly.

Revealing mistake: When Honey wakes up and walks to grab a dress in the closet, she's supposed to be naked, but one can see a strapless bra covering her right breast.

Continuity mistake: When Bond goes to Miss Taro's house, as he enters, one of the blinds is turned on the door, but they were all straight before. (00:49:50)

Continuity mistake: The hearse that was involved in Strangways' death and later chases Bond is a 1937 or 1938 LaSalle, with the pod-style headlights mounted on stalks on either side of the radiator. The car that drives off the cliff and explodes is a later model car, with the headlights mounted flush into the fenders. It is very easy to spot while the burning car is rolling down the side of the cliff. (00:48:50)

Continuity mistake: When the fairies are trying the dress on Merryweather, the background behind her differs between shots: the ironworks disappear as well as the design of the carved flowers.
