Continuity mistake: A truck crashes against an ambulance, and both stop 2 meters before where a tree is. From an aerial angle, they're both 20 meters ahead from the tree.

Other mistake: When the girls steal a cab, there are some bystanders on the curb opposite to them. A woman next to a guy with a hat points at the camera for several seconds (for it's not a plot-wise movement).

Continuity mistake: When Santiago talks to Cassie for the first time, her notebook is in front of all of her papers. A shot later, there's a big map instead.

Continuity mistake: Cassie is doing CPR on O'Neil and his head is facing upwards. Shot changes when a paramedic arrives and places a bag on the floor. Then for a brief moment O'neil is facing sideways. Shot changes to the first angle with him facing upwards and now the paramedic bag is gone.

Continuity mistake: After the cab rams the diner and comes to a stop, neither the hood nor the radiator are damaged at all. When the girls run towards it, they're both damaged.

Continuity mistake: When the skater girl stops in front of the ambulance, there's no car ten meters behind her. Half a second later, a car suddenly appears behind her. Also, the cab is further away, the pillar vanishes and a black parked car appears.

Continuity mistake: When Denham shows a second map to the captain, one can see it has a big map on the center part. In the close-up, it swaps to being a small drawing on a side.

Revealing mistake: When Vera is reading the Time magazine, it's missing the date and price on top of the letters, revealing it's a fake cover.

Continuity mistake: After Klytus dies, the position of his right hand and arm changes drastically between shots.

Revealing mistake: When Ming dies, one can see his real left eyebrow. The makeup covering it is missing.

Continuity mistake: When Ming is about to die, he slips away from the spike, which has parts of it covered in green blood. When Flash sees him, the spike is fully covered in green blood.

Continuity mistake: The pilot hands Flash a People magazine to sign. When Flash sits down to autograph it, one can see it's already signed (seemingly from previous takes). Then he scribbles on the same spot again.

Revealing mistake: When Doc flies the DeLorean up and the wheels get stuck to a banner string, the close-ups of Doc show a lit cockpit, but the shots from the outside show it's dark and one can't really see who's at the wheel. However, for a couple of seconds you get to see it's not Doc but a stunt double or a stiff dummy. (01:23:25)

Continuity mistake: Right before Perry White throws a bronze globe at Non, Lois' head is tilted sideways and she smiles calmly. An instant cut later, her head is straight and she stares in awe. After the globe strikes Non's head, we're back to the previous shot where her head is tilted.

Continuity mistake: When the villains arrive at the Daily Planet, the furniture, decor, and buildings in the background change between shots.

Other mistake: When Lois and Clark leave the Fortress, the car is driving in the wrong lane. This is due to the fact that the shot belongs to a reused scene from the first movie, where an empty car was remotely driven by Lex, who changed lanes all the time.

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Cobretti is talking with the Hispanic guy for the first time (after parking his car) he rips off his shirt revealing a black wire attached to his chest using duct tape. (00:13:30)
