Continuity mistake: In the museum, when Dana is trapped and the Ghostbusters lay on the floor, right before Vigo grabs the baby, Vigo's hair is fluffy and messed up. A shot later it's straight and neatly brushed. (01:34:40)

Continuity mistake: The first shot of Lady liberty walking down the streets and looking down at people is an obvious human face in disguise and makeup. In the close-up shot, it is a mask/miniature that doesn't look like the previous one, but does resemble the real Lady Liberty. This is not due to the statue being animated by ghosts, for the mistake takes place between one shot and another (besides, the statue is animated all the time), but because the FX was achieved combining a human in disguise and a miniature set. Continuity mistake: When the movie ends, Ray and Egon walk down the museum steps hugging each other. When the angle changes they are way apart from each other. (01:39:45)

Continuity mistake: When Carrie and Charlotte are at the park, Carrie has a black and white cookie that keeps changing position in her hands with each shot of her. First the chocolate side close to her, then away, then close again, etc.

Continuity mistake: There's a scene that opens with Carrie and her boyfriend in his apartment, and he's sitting with baby Brady on his lap. The camera cuts to another angle, and it's very obviously a different baby.

Out of the frying pan - S6-E16

Continuity mistake: The amount of hair Samantha shaves off before Smith comes in increases without her shaving any more. She takes off two chunks, he comes in, and when he starts shaving his head, she's suddenly buzzed to a number 2 cut on a whole part of her head.

Continuity mistake: When Grant is feeding a dinosaur in the morning he is either holding the food with one hand or two depending on the shot.

Continuity mistake: Right after the "Objects in mirror are closer than they appear" shot, the dinosaur breaks a huge trunk that falls forward. A shot later note behind the dinosaur and the huge trunk is nowhere to be seen.

Continuity mistake: When the Dilophosaur spits on Nedry the second time, it is only on his forehead and eyes. In the next shot, a second later, it is all over his face and cheeks. It was too soon for the rain to have washed it down that far.

Continuity mistake: When Alek is ordering a burger, the way his hand is bent against his face differs between the front and back shots. After he says "Absolutely!" his hand is lowered, then it's raised again.
