Revealing mistake: When Zod is thrown by Superman and passes by Luthor, the stand in is a guy with fluffy hair who looks nothing like Lex.

Continuity mistake: When Zod launches Boog through the cafe window, he lands a couple meters away from the cop, but a shot later he's at his feet.

Revealing mistake: When Zod lifts the boy's father with the beam of white energy, watch closely when he raises him up past the telephone pole...he 'clips' right through it, or rather the pole clips through him, as if he is transparent.

Revealing mistake: Near the end of the film when the 3 villains fly and later enter the fortress, you can see that it was a stuntman and not Gene Hackman.

Visible crew/equipment: When the villains enter the fortress, the moving shadow of the crane used to make them fly is visible when the last villain flies towards the upper left quadrant.

Revealing mistake: When Ursa throws the sewer lid at Superman a sticky object protrudes from his back, revealing the mechanism that pulled him backwards.

Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the film, when Jules and Vincent open the cafeteria door the set lights are reflected on the glass surface.

Continuity mistake: In the catacombs, Indy finds the tomb and blows dust away from the shield, cleaning the sides of the engraved cross, but leaving the rest very dusty. A frame later, the whole cross is spotless.

Continuity mistake: Henry tells Indy "let it go" and Indy takes his left arm to where his father is. Half a second later his arm is away and he repeats the previous movement.

Continuity mistake: When Indy is in the cliff reaching for the grail, his hand swaps between clean, dusty and sweaty, between shots.

Revealing mistake: When the car is chased by a plane and enters a cave, check the rocks above the entrance and you'll notice that both the entrance and exit are the same location and the final shot has been flipped.

Continuity mistake: In the temple in the Canyon of the Crescent Moon: After Harrison Ford cures Sean Connery by pouring water from the grail over him, Sean stands up with the grail in his hand. In the next shot, however, Alison Doody picks the grail up off the floor. (01:55:50)

Continuity mistake: When the grail falls down the cliff and Elsa and Indy try to grab it, the ground it lies on is either yellow or brown. This changes back and forth and has nothing to do with lighting.

Continuity mistake: Henry pulls up Indy with both arms, but when the shot changes he is pulling him up with one arm only.

Visible crew/equipment: After Dr. Jones is healed, Indy tells him to stand up. Stage lights are reflected in Dr. Jones's glasses.

Revealing mistake: When Elsa falls through the crack in the hole, she is swallowed by a big cloud of smoke in the void. However, her silhouette is visible underneath the smoke, revealing she never falls any deeper, and thus giving away how shallow the hole was.

Revealing mistake: When Jenning/Overlord sends a man flying through the window, the cable attached to his back is perfectly visible.

Continuity mistake: When Carrie and Aidan are in bed together, he hands her the second picture and she holds it with two hands. A shot later she is holding it with one. A couple seconds later she finally grabs it with both.

Continuity mistake: When Carrie is startled by the squirrel and tosses the pie crust onto the counter, the camera cuts to her clasping her legs where she burnt them. In the next shot of the counter the pie crust has vanished; then in the next shot of it, the crust has returned. Also, the tray and tea towels change positions.
