Continuity mistake: When Sonja is fighting against the queen, she holds her sword with both hands. Then suddenly with her left hand. Right after, the wizard makes her left arm bleed and she covers the wound with her right hand, but a shot later she doesn't. All this takes place from shot to shot in a matter of frames.

Continuity mistake: Near the end, when Red Sonja and Queen Gedren are sword fighting, the scar on Gedren's right cheek is missing.

Continuity mistake: After the main tower of the Queen's castle explodes, the scene changes to the group of four trying to escape. Back to an outside shot of the castle, and now the tower is rebuilt and back in place.

Continuity mistake: The water dragon has two different designs: one for where its mouth opens and closes, and one where it barely moves. Note the shape of the ears, nostrils, and eyes.

Visible crew/equipment: After Ken kills the last dog and the witness has a heart attack, he walks out of the house he was in and in the reflection of the black door you can see a crew member and a camera. (01:19:35)

Revealing mistake: When Otto is firing at Ken, while Ken is driving the steam roller, you can see the explosive pack on the steel post before the bullet hits it. (01:38:05)

Visible crew/equipment: When Jamie Lee Curtis is leaving John Cleese's office, she kisses him goodbye and calls him Uncle. After she has left, you can clearly see the cameraman move into view of the mirror. (00:33:27)

Visible crew/equipment: Outside court when Archie is talking to a man, Wanda is standing behind them wearing a fake wig. When the man leaves, if you look in the window behind them to the right, you should be able to see the boom mike operator wearing a red shirt. (00:38:25)
