Continuity mistake: When Merryweather makes the dress blue a second time, it starts off on a ribbon that wraps itself around the dress waistline. The ribbon doesn't make it onto the completed dress.

Fire and Blood - S1-E10

Trivia: One of the severed heads on a spike is that of former president George W. Bush. Before shooting the scene, George RR Martin asked writers and producers David Benioff and D.B.Weis to have a cast of their 3 heads to be put on the spikes, but for budget reasons they opted to get a box from HBO's warehouse with used severed heads. They noted that one was Bush's, but they put a wig on it and got away with nobody noticing. In the Blu-Ray commentary the producers revealed the story, and got a lot of criticism from the right.

Revealing mistake: At the start, after the car veers away from hitting the dog and comes to rest teetering on the edge of the bridge, you can see the quick release wire cable that was used to secure the car to the bridge. It's also very visible when the car is sinking into the water. (00:07:50)

Other mistake: When the clock strikes 8 o clock, the 11 (XI) on the clock reads 12 (XII) in roman numerals. This is just in-between the scene with the mice making Cinderella's ball dress and the scene where the carriage arrives at the home to pick the stepmother and stepsisters up for the ball. (00:36:50)

Continuity mistake: After throwing the bookends away, the King leans on the table and stares at the Duke. In the first shot the King's tummy lies on the table and his left hand grabs the left edge. A shot later he is half a meter away, standing by the table with both hands lying by his belly.

Continuity mistake: When the king throws his crown and breaks the window, note the lower part, a part shaped like a V is standing out. In the shot following it's now shaped like a lower case R.

Continuity mistake: After Mutt's bike knocks down the "Better red than dead" banner it falls sideways; yet when the chasing car arrives, the banner is magically up again, ready to fall horizontally on the car's windshield.

Revealing mistake: During the campus chase scene, Mutt skids his bike and turns left to drive under a stone arch. Multiple skid marks are seen on the pavement from previous shots.

Continuity mistake: When the Sand Snakes attempt to kidnap Myrcella, as Nymeria Sand runs up to Myrcella to seize her, she is holding her large whip in her right hand. However, in the very next shot, the whip has disappeared, and Nymeria is now holding a dagger in her hand instead.

Continuity mistake: Right when the guards enter the home and the walls explode, Arthur swaps between having short curly hair to it being very long and straight.

Continuity mistake: After exiting the aqueduct, McClane falls in a puddle, hair slick, soaking wet and covered in mud. Zeus calls him and McClane turns around. In a brief shot from behind him his hair swaps to clean and fluffy.

Continuity mistake: When Jasmine wanders by the market and is shown a fish, the fin is either perpendicular or parallel to the body depending on the shot.

Continuity mistake: After Ursula eats the shrimp, when the angle changes the rest of the shrimps in the shell become some sort of white beans.

Visible crew/equipment: During the final fight, a steady cam operator with a white shirt and black straps around his body is seen during several wide angles. This is not a TV camera, it is a film crewmember. The Director even admits to it in the audio commentary on the DVD.

Continuity mistake: During the rhino scene, the roof of the carriage swaps from dark grey to blue before the rhino's horn goes through the roof.

Continuity mistake: Before Cricket arrives, Pinocchio watches the 8 ball. The wide angle shows the painted 8 on the opposite side to where he is, but from Pinocchio's blurry POV angle the 8 has swapped sides and it's in-front of him. note: This mistake has nothing to do with the already listed one about the 8 ball. This one takes place before Cricket arrives.

Revealing mistake: During the intro, the first Bond "dummy" and the second one when Scaramanga fires are different. They're either real and dummy or both dummies, but the first one has a concentrated look, and the second one has a worried look.

Revealing mistake: When ET is grabbing things from the fridge, in the close-up his fingers swap from thin and long to chubby and short, obviously a puppeteer's glove.

Continuity mistake: On the plane, when Peter's father holds the mother's hand she has a small red notebook next to her. When the angle changes it has swapped to a huge red book. (00:03:15)
