Revealing mistake: In the office tower after the quake there is a panic and workers rush down the stairs only to find them fallen away. After two women fall to their death a man is left hanging on a girder, but falls onto a giant piece of glass. Look at the top of the frame and you will see the airbag shooting our from under it.

Continuity mistake: After finding his son hit a home run in the game with the pirates, Peter decides he must learn how to fly. The ball his son hit comes flying from the sky and hits Peter in the head, knocking him over. When he hits the ground, he is lying on grass, but one second later he opens his eyes on grey rock. Revealing mistake: When Peter sees Tink in a night dress, the shots from behind reveal an obvious doll. Note how it does not have any fluffy hair (or any hair at all) as opposed to Tink's.

Visible crew/equipment: White lighting screens are reflected on Peter's glasses when he looks up to see Rufio for the first time, and right afterwards when he runs away and bumps into a net.

Visible crew/equipment: When the pirates try to get Peters shoes, after he first arrives at Neverland, Tinkerbell starts fighting them. In one shot a pirate gets hit by a very large saucepan, and falls back-first off a balcony. The very long wire is very visible. It's really long and goes all the way from attached to his back, to offscreen. (00:36:00)

Continuity mistake: When June steps on the escalators the two men behind her swap to a bald man and back to the men.

Continuity mistake: When the little kid hands Roy his sunglasses, the way he holds them changes between the first and second shot. (00:26:28)

Revealing mistake: When Fatima is blown up by the explosive charge, there is a wide shot of a dummy standing in her place.

Continuity mistake: Right before Bond grabs a bike and chases Fatima Blush, he is eating an apple which swaps from yellowish-red to fully yellow, between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Bond and Domino jump into the water from Palmyra with the horse, Bond is wearing a very tight fitting brown jacket and shoes. When he emerges from the water a second later, he is shirtless and shoeless. (01:48:15 - 01:48:55)

Revealing mistake: After Nigel and Bond meet and stop walking, there's a group of bystanders behind staring at the shooting of the movie.

Continuity mistake: When Nigel falls in the water, his hairstyle changes between shots. Sure there's a two seconds shot in between, but that would mean that Nigel had that short lapse to let go his suitcase, bend his head backwards, comb his hair and grab onto his suitcase again... Impossible.

Continuity mistake: Domino grabs the pendant with her hand positioned sideways. In the close-up, the palm of her hand is face up. Then it swaps to the previous position.

Continuity mistake: After fighting against the shark, Bond swims upwards and there's a lady holding a fishing rod. The position of her hands changes between shots.

Revealing mistake: When Bond rescues Domino from being sold, and she hops on the horse, Kim Basinger is replaced by an obvious stunt.

Continuity mistake: When Bond closes the door to stop the shark from entering the cabin, he uses both hands. A shot later the right one disappears.

Revealing mistake: During the shoot-out, all the baddies' heads and hands are bare, except for the one that gets burnt alive, who wears very obvious fireproof hood and gloves.

Continuity mistake: When Bond enters the tunnel, a workman at the entrance disappears in the opposite angle.

Continuity mistake: When the cable guy puts chicken skin on his face, the bit over the right side of his forehead disappears between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Chip's talking to Steven through the glass, after he stops talking about the Midnight Express, you can see he has no phone in his hand yet when Steven's telling the guard to arrest him he has the phone in it. (01:04:05)
