Continuity mistake: When Bond hides from the helicopter under a crack in the rocks, the rocks, the crack and the bushes around are totally different in the close-up. Plus a bunch of moss suddenly appears.

Continuity mistake: After the helicopter crashes, Bond runs towards the car and one can notice it's not Sean Connery but his stunt double, who looks absolutely nothing like him.

Continuity mistake: When the helicopter chases Bond, a headset and a hand speaker appear on the close-ups but disappear on the wide angle.

Visible crew/equipment: As Domino and Bond start to walk up the beach after getting out of her boat, the crewman that was driving the boat can be seen hiding inside the boat as it is turned around. (00:46:55)

Revealing mistake: After Bond throws urine at the thug, and he collapses with all the glasses stuck to his back, note the protruding pad underneath his shirt where everything's been attached to.

Revealing mistake: When Jack's car crashes, the actor with a military hat is replaced with a stunt driver wearing a silver helmet.

Continuity mistake: After the scene where Klebb arrives via helicopter on Spectre island and meets Morzeny, they enter a training area and continue their conversation while walking through it. Just after Morzeny says "We use live targets as well", the scene cuts to a wide shot and they are entering the same training area once again, only this time from a path that is just right next to the one used before. Revealing mistake: When Nicole's bike jumps over the kids lying on the ground there's a ramp beside them disguised as part of the road to allow for the stunt.

Revealing mistake: When the red and blue biker are on top of the van, before it crashes they're replaced with very obvious dummies.

Revealing mistake: There's a short ramp by a truck's cargo bed, but when the bikers ride over it, it's become a longer ramp that goes up to the cabin to allow for the stunt. (00:06:14)

Revealing mistake: When Non burns the side of the cargo bed of the truck, a rectangular spot around the planks is coloured in a lighter shade, giving away where the special FX were placed.

Revealing mistake: When the villains enter the oval office, the whole White House behind is a cheap set with painted columns, furniture, fixtures and switches (even the bullet holes are painted!). (01:16:29)

Revealing mistake: There are two external White House shots in the film. The second is a still shot, and should take place at least a few days after the first. However, it is a frame from the earlier shot, with the same person standing in the same spot on the lawn.

Continuity mistake: When the lady of Lex Luthor is in a red dress pretending to be unconscious on the road we see her legs flat on the ground, then in the next shot one leg is standing up.

Continuity mistake: The snake attacks Romero's right side of his face. From the angle shot from behind the snake is now in front if him, hidden by his head.

Continuity mistake: Donna pushes the mugger against the crate with the snake, which smashes on the floor breaking into pieces. A shot later it's lying on the floor unblemished and the broken parts are gone.

Revealing mistake: When Romero gets the harpoon stuck on his chest, he grabs the bulk underneath and you can tell that he squeezes the blood squib to pour the fake blood out.
