Audio problem: At the end of the show, when Trapper is playing his instrument, the music does not match the movements of his hand.
Audio problem: Almost all the newsroom links in this episode were redubbed, and at times the overdub falls entirely out of sync. When Austin Tasseltine begins speaking one of his lines before Morris has finished, the latter's "Belt up, will you?" is an ad-libbed response to this mistiming.
Audio problem: As the ZZ top members are trying to convince Bobby about staying in school, there is a distinct microphone error after Frank speaks. When he says "and the presidents", you can hear it quite distinctively. It is as if he spoke too close to the microphone at the end of his sentence.
The Sponge - S7-E9
Audio problem: When Kramer says "I read it in Wall Street Week," his mouth does not sync with the words. It looks like he said "Wall Street Journal."
Njorl's Saga - S3-E1
Audio problem: In the 'PC Pan-Am Gives Evidence' sequence (part of Series 3, Show 1), there is a loud, off-camera crash at 16'15", followed by hysterical audience laughter and a Palin visibly trying to stifle a laugh. This is because the heavily-bandaged 'Njorl', who had been replaced at that point by a dummy (enabling his head to be removed in the next scene), fell backwards off the podium, and had to be re-positioned by the crew. Filming presumably stopped, as a cutaway of Njorl appears in the middle of Pan-Am's address. The edit is also very audible, as Palin's speech suddenly plummets in volume.
Audio problem: At the beginning of the episode we see Kirsten on the phone, in the next shot we see Sandy pick up a towel and look out the window. At this moment you can see Kirsten, and she is still talking on the phone, but her mouth doesn't even move.
Audio problem: When Sheldon is knocking on Leonard's door at the start, the sound is out of sync with the action.
Not Without My Daughter - S1-E21
Audio problem: In the final scenes where Tobias is shooting at the rats you see the shot blasts after each firing of the gun. On the fourth shot there is no visible blast but there is still an audible gunshot when it happens.
The Honking - S3-E1
Audio problem: After they have welded Bender to the wall Leela and Fry leaves. When they go outside the door is closing. It cuts and we hear the door close but we can see the door is already closed. (00:11:45)
Audio problem: When Cody orders the Number 8, someone says, "We got a Number 8". But no one's mouth moves.
Audio problem: While Jeannie and Roger are talking in the grocery store, the food cans in Roger's hands hit each other with a hollow thud, revealing that they're both empty. (00:00:40)
Audio problem: When Sam Bailey is getting his driving lesson from the policeman, they both stand next to the car and we hear "Get in, soft lad." The policemans lips are moving although it is Sam's voice. (00:26:35)
Audio problem: After the mayor tells Andy that his three daughters will be in The Beauty Contest, Andy phones Ellie and when she hangs up on him we hear Andy say, "Hello? Hello?" but we see him only mouthing the second hello.
Audio problem: "Blackadder Back and Fourth": Blackadder and his guests are going to the cellar where the time machine is kept. While they are going down the stairs, Blackadder says, "To his exact specifications." However, his mouth is shut and his lips don't move. (00:03:35)
I, Darrin, Take This Witch, Samantha - S1-E1
Audio problem: When Samantha and Darrin are at his ex-girlfriend's house for dinner, Samantha is doing all kinds of things to sabotage the dinner, even making a gust of wind come through the front door thus blowing the ex's wig off. The ex girlfriend is screaming but the screams don't match up to what her mouth is doing.
Audio problem: When Xena says "It seems so haphazard" the word haphazard is said with her Kiwi accent. (00:29:30)
Audio problem: When Deputy Williams and Deputy Johnson walk up to the man Williams asks him if he used the brick he is holding to brake the car's window. He answers "Nope, I don't need a brick if I wanted to brake a window." You can see his lips about halfway through the statement and they are not moving. (00:11:10)
Audio problem: In series 4 episode 9, "Sitting Targets", When Kenzo keeps crying it is a clear overdub.
