Audio problem: When Blanche discusses Mrs. Somhers coming to visit from California, she says a line about her in the kitchen. When the shot switches to the entrance to the living room, Blanche repeats the same line.

Audio problem: In the early classroom scene, after Judy reads the grammar exercise, Miss Canfield calls on Whitey Whitney, who has raised his hand. When she does, she seems to say, "Harold." (00:01:20)

Audio problem: There are several occasions during the two games between the Warriors and Suns where you can hear referees blowing their whistles, but play doesn't stop.

Audio problem: During the opening credits, the sound effect of the ringing telephone continues to play after Donna Reed has picked up the receiver and is talking on the phone. (00:00:03 - 00:00:30)

Audio problem: Right after Carol finishes studying by singing a rap to Katie, Katie congratulates her and Carol hurries out. They exchange several lines of dialogue, but it all appears to be dubbed. During most of the dialogue, each character's mouth is not shown when they speak. However, the cadence of Katie's moving jaw can still be seen from behind, and appears to last longer than the audible speech. Additionally, Katie and Carol can each be heard to speak when it can be glimpsed that their mouths are not moving.

Such Inward Secret Creatures - S1-E5
Audio problem: After Paul and Amy make love, Paul puts his pants back on and stands back up. He says, "What?" There is a strangely timed "what" right after that. It's an exact replica of the first one. There is an audio overlap from the other angle here.

Ghost Rider VS Lobo (Marvel VS DC) - S6-E10
Audio problem: When Ghost Rider drives up and points at Lobo, he starts speaking. His mouth is moving, but when it cuts to a different angle just before Lobo runs him over, his mouth is now not moving while he's still speaking.

The Monkees Get Out More Dirt - S1-E29
Audio problem: When Micky says "Ah, my aunt!", the audio starts half a second before Micky opens his mouth.

Audio problem: After Frank has torn the lino by moving a bed, he tries to neaten it up only to tear it more. The sound effect is not in line with the tearing of the lino.

The Accident - S1-E1
Audio problem: After school when Alex and Ray are walking the camera is far away but you can see that the sound of the person that is talking is different than who is seen talking.

Kung Fu Kapers AKA Ecky-Thump - S5-E7
Audio problem: When Graham says "Struth", his lips don't move at all.

The Two-Hundred-Mile-an-Hour Fastball - S2-E1
Audio problem: When Deborah gets off the phone, she tells Ralph that if they make the deal they can announce it on the Mike Douglas Show, but the problem is each time we hear Ralph say the name "Mike Douglas" we see his mouth actually say "Merv Griffin." (00:13:30)

The Scary Sky Skeleton - S1-E6
Audio problem: During the gang's ride on a bumpy road Fred warns Shaggy, Scooby, and Scrappy about some more bumps coming up. He's interrupted when they hit the bumps, then the word "bumps" comes out of Scooby's mouth.

Audio problem: In the scene where Eddy is in the helicopter and shouting down to Patsy who is on the ground, she says something like, "I'll meet you down there!", but you can tell that line was pre-recorded because her mouth moves completely out of line with the words.
