I, Darrin, Take This Witch, Samantha - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Darrin collapses after Samantha zaps him the drink, in the next shot the glass is on the table with the straw across the top.
It Takes One to Know One - S1-E11
Continuity mistake: When Larry tells Darrin that he is going home, the blinds behind Darrin are shut, however in the close up of Darrin, the blinds are open.
It Shouldn't Happen to a Dog - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: Samantha's hair goes from neat to messy and back again during the chase scene in the alley.
Open the Door Witchcraft - S1-E28
Deliberate mistake: Sam and Darrin are "trapped" in the garage; however, you can see a side door.

Be it Ever So Mortgaged - S1-E2
Revealing mistake: When Gladys is looking through the window, you can see part of the facade cross bracing.
I, Darrin, Take This Witch, Samantha - S1-E1
Audio problem: When Samantha and Darrin are at his ex-girlfriend's house for dinner, Samantha is doing all kinds of things to sabotage the dinner, even making a gust of wind come through the front door thus blowing the ex's wig off. The ex girlfriend is screaming but the screams don't match up to what her mouth is doing.
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, Bertha (Later Aunt Hagatha) puts her cookie on her plate next to her cup. In the next shot it disappears.
A Nice Little Dinner Party - S1-E19
Continuity mistake: The train shown is pulled by four diesel locomotives, "A" unit leads with two "B" units sandwiched between a second "A" unit. When Mrs. Stevens pulls the emergency stop cord, which would not likely be on a long distance passenger train, the locomotive shown doing an emergency stop is a steam one. Not to mention that by the time of this episode steam engines were obsolete, and less likely to have been employed, especially in passenger service.
And Something Makes Three - S1-E12
Other mistake: While Gladys Kravitz is standing in front of her house, which is across the street from the front of the Stephens' house, Gladys sees the Stephens' backyard just as Sam zaps a swimming pool and then zaps it away, but since the Stevens' backyard is located behind the house where the living room and dining room are, this would be impossible even for nosy Gladys Kravitz.
Driving is the Only Way to Fly - S1-E26
Visible crew/equipment: As Harold and Samantha drive away from the traffic jam, part of the camera rig is reflected in the side window of the car. (00:16:00)
Red Light, Green Light - S1-E23
Continuity mistake: When Dave sees Darrin's ad for the community meeting, he suggests a couple of changes, one of them being to add a line saying "and bring your friends". But the ad was shown in close-up shortly before Dave's arrival, and there was already a line saying "Be sure and bring all your friends". (00:13:35)
There's No Witch Like an Old Witch - S1-E27
Visible crew/equipment: As Samantha helps Aunt Clara out of the closet, as Samantha says, "Don't go 'way!" the boom mike's shadow becomes momentarily visible at the top of the screen. (00:02:00)
Continuity mistake: The shaving cream smears on the mirror are different in the close-ups than they are on the wider shots. (00:04:25)
Character mistake: When Darrin is on the deck of the yacht, he says something about the salt air. The problem is earlier he was told that he was going to Chicago to meet Miss Marshall for a dinner meeting. The only body of water to support a yacht 3 miles off shore is Lake Michigan which is fresh water.
A Vision of Sugar Plums - S1-E15
Visible crew/equipment: At the start, when Sam takes the tree out of her purse and places in on the carpet, her white tape mark is visible on the carpet beside her foot. (00:00:45)
Visible crew/equipment: When Abner comes over to the Stephens' near the end to say Gladys' problem has got worse, just as the door is closing a crew member's hand can be seen near the Bob ensuring it closes. This is just before the shot goes to Darrin.
Samantha Meets the Folks - S1-E14
Visible crew/equipment: When Aunt Clara's satchel and umbrella are "floating" up the stairs the shadow of the boom pole making the magic is visible above the Menorah at the top of the wall.
Answer: Telstar was an early communications satellite system. Darrin, in a particularly sexist manner reflective of this era, is saying that telling a secret to a woman means it is guaranteed to be "broadcasted" to multiple people.
