Cygnus! Hyogen no senshi - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: In the sequence where Hyoga defeats Ichi breaking his armor with the extreme cold of his Diamond Dust, in one intermediate bit the coloring artist did something wrong and didn't fill the leg with the green color of the suit, but rather the pale skin color of Ichi's. So, for a second it seems that Ichi is in his underwear, or Hyoga froze his pants off. (00:21:05)

Other mistake: During the fight with Ichi, in a couple of spots, the most noticeable one being when the claws penetrate into his arm, Hyoga is protected by the armor in a spot the armor is not designed to cover. (00:15:35)

Other mistake: In the dramatic rendition of Seiya tricking Shiryu into punching his own shield, he did not flip the shield around the arm, but it's the whole arm to be turned in an impossible, elbow-breaking direction. (00:16:00)

Continuity mistake: At night, Seiya is startled by Marin's voice and looks at her. There's a table with wine and fruit to his right. A few seconds later, in another shot of the room, the table moved to the left. (00:12:40)

Kiseki no fukkatsu! Yuyo no cosmo - S1-E5
Trivia: When Seiya opens his eyes hearing Miho calling his name, behind her in the audience a particularly bored animator decided to put in some silly characters, including the Tin Man, the Lion and a girl with the look of Dorothy from the wizard of Oz. (00:19:20)

Character mistake: In the mid-game cutscene with Rugal observing the progress of the team, if you pick the Fatal Fury team Rugal says "Hmmm. So they are the ones who toppled Geese and Klauser." The name of the villain of Fatal Fury 2 that Rugal is referencing is Wolfgang Krauser, with 2 Rs.

Visible crew/equipment: The mysterious person who was chasing Rockford apparently loses him in the parking lot. As he drives away, on the sidewalk there's filming equipment by the entrance of the lot, and it cuts to an angle that is exactly what they were filming. (00:06:50)

Continuity mistake: When Rockford is eating with Sandra, extras appear with wild inconsistencies - for instance, the woman at the table behind her, is one of the extras walking behind Rockford in a reverse shot. (00:05:30)

Continuity mistake: In this pilot, Robin Masters' Ferrari does not have the famous vanity plate ROBIN-1 characteristic of the series. The license plate of the car is 56E-478 when first shown, but does not stay the same throughout the episode; when the two yo-yos chase him, the Ferrari's plate is the first one in the city, but 561-068 when they get near to the tunnel, and is back to 56E-478 when the bad guys destroy their (already banged up) car. Continuity mistake: When Magnum drops the ring out of the envelope, nothing is near it as it's shaking. In the close up shot, it's next to keys. (00:44:20)

Continuity mistake: Rockford pours liquor to The Countess in a plastic cup; whoever is doing that in close-up is not wearing a wristwatch, James Garner in the rest of the scene does. (00:07:30)
