Revealing mistake: In one of the many cartoonish scenes involving Rick, he gets utterly stunned by the weak silly airplane-spin like movie Borgnine performs on him and after a chirping birds sound effect is played, he - or rather, his stuntman - does a Ric Flair faceflop. The stuntman is wearing tennis shoes with clean rubber soles. After his scene with Higgins, Magnum arrives with TC and Rick in a headlock - Rick falls in that shot, and he is wearing patent dress shoes with black soles. (00:27:20 - 00:29:40)

Continuity mistake: Megan grabs DI Richard Poole's hand sobbing "I'm scared." We're talking about her left hand, because in the right hand she's holding the handkerchief he gave her. When DS Camille Bordey butts in, she is clinging to his hand with her right, and holds the hankie in her left. It keeps happening even during the conversation. (00:03:55)

Continuity mistake: Discussing the hanged figurine in Higgins' study, Magnum is holding the string very close to the noose in the close-up, but definitely at large distance in the wider angles. (00:12:00)

Other mistake: During the airport reunion with father and son, there are several boxes of "Cole" brand pineapples...which are just Dole brand pineapples with masking tape put on to alter the letter D to a C. The tape came off one box revealing the original unaltered letter - you can also see it on the side of a box carried by an extra, Cole on the front, but Dole on the side. (00:43:05)

Continuity mistake: Magnum walks back to the car after spending 4 hours at the archives. A woman with a brown dress with a red belt crosses his path and walks away. Magnum then stands in front of the parkometer (and the parking tickets), but the woman is just then passing him by. (00:23:00)

Continuity mistake: In the hilarious stretched out comedy scene with Magnum trying to chase the suspect in his armor, whenever he is shown charging at the door and eventually breaking in, he is wearing the sword that he never retrieved - and in the moments when it's Tom Selleck in the armor and not a stuntman, he is not wearing it. Continuity mistake: Magnum is struggling to load the big heavy crate in the van, or make it budge at all. Over half of the crate is in the shadow of the building, but in the rest of the scene when Magnum has to fight the two muscleheads off, it's suddenly fully in the sun. (00:09:30)

Visible crew/equipment: When TC's helicopter is landing on Robin's lawn, right after the "Written by Donald P. Bellisario" credit, look at the left of the screen, right side of the helicopter, to see a cameraman filming from it. (00:09:25)

Visible crew/equipment: Magnum gives chase to the person who escaped from the house with the dead body. The guy throws behind him an ironing board; when we get the following shot with the camera following Jay Hernandez, we can also spot the cameraman following Jay Hernandez, reflected in the mirror on the left side of the frame. Continuity mistake: When Magnum jumps over the garden wall, he bumps into rolled up rugs, unfurling one. Which looks the same way at the end of the scene when the same camera angle is used. But the middle part of the scene is shot in a different angle, closer to Tom Selleck's face as he crawls to Higgins and gets up, and in that angle the rugs are piled together in a different way, with the unrolled rug draped over the others. Continuity mistake: When TC's chopper lands in the prison courtyard, its registration mark is N1095A, while when it is shown on the open ocean it is N58243 and it has emergency floats equipped on its skids. (00:07:45 - 00:10:20)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode the dog bites on Magnum's shirt...at least that's the idea, because in one shot the lad is biting on the trainer' suit. (00:01:30)

Continuity mistake: During the conversation with Magnum about going to dinner to investigate, in particular after her refusal, the bottle of glue stays firmly in Higgins' hand during the close-ups, but when it cuts to wider shots it pops at distance on the table. (00:27:00)

Continuity mistake: When Sean is introduced for the first time, there's an obvious continuity issue with Blake Lively's hair over her right shoulder. (00:12:00)

The Woman Who Never Died - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: When the culprit backs off from the door because of detective Katsumoto and drags Emily with him, she has her left shoulder covered with hair, a little hair, then no hair at all. Even more noticeably, when Higgins tells him that he does not have to do this etc, he is pulling her with him using his hand encumbered with the trinkets bag, but at the cut his hand is empty and directly on her bare shoulder. Continuity mistake: Nice draws a line in the asphalt of the secret passage (cool idea, although there's no way that the bad guys can actually see that especially at a distance!). In the first overhead shot, there's a gap in the line. When the line is shown again next with the first baddie croaking before it, the line has already changed. (01:15:45)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the scene inside the Dennis Nylon mansion, Emily is wearing her bag on the left shoulder. She sneaks her way inside the "employees only" area, loses her cover (the guy bringing clothes upstairs), still with the bag looking the same, but the moment she enters Emily's office in a rush, she is wearing her bag across the chest, right shoulder strap, bag on the left side. Revealing mistake: The actress playing Julie Barbara has short dark hair as is abundantly clear during the lengthy scenes involving her. But for the shot of the explosion, the stuntperson wears a long blonde wig. (00:41:40)

Continuity mistake: When Syvia ignominiously trips at the beginning the flamenco lesson, she stays on the floor with her hand on her thigh in the close-ups, on the floor in the intermediate wider angle. (00:17:45)
