Continuity mistake: In the dream sequence at the beginning of the movie, Vers is looking at the bloodstained palm of her hand. It turns into the back of her hand immediately after - which could be fine especially in a dream/flashback scene, but the hand is also differently marked with the blue goo - in the POV shot her middle finger had barely a little spot on the pad, while in the following shot it has blood all over. Continuity mistake: When Dennis's girlfriend goes to see him at the godfather's house, her car is seen parked directly in front of the house, where the godfather's car was just parked moments ago. (01:18:55)

Continuity mistake: During the episode, whenever the crew watches Akito fight, the shots from behind show to the right of the nasty admiral Sadaaki Munetake (the guy with the bad bowl cut) his fellow with blue hair, and to his left the short guy with a moustache. In the front views, it's the opposite. The Prospector (the brightly colored fellow, purple pants, pink vest, yellow shirt) also appears in the front view but is nowhere in sight in the back shots.

Continuity mistake: Friday is at the fashion show, and after arguing with her friend who called her on NYE, she is talking with the photographer. She is about to playfully slap him; between these two shots a quite noticeable lady in furs and purple polka dot dress is walking from left to right in the first one, right to left in second. Continuity mistake: Morgan Freeman shouts to the agent in the car "Don't move! Stay where you are." She is looking at her bloodied hand in front of her face as she slowly turns around, but in the next shot the hand is gone. (00:04:35)

Continuity mistake: Cross screams Tracie's name as the cables give way and she begins to fall to her death. He is holding onto a large metal rod, but in the next shot he is holding the smaller branching part of the same guardrail. (00:04:55)

Left of frame, a young couple (she has a cap and denim, he has a full carrot top and a bright red plaid shirt, can't miss them) walking up some stairs on the left, going in the same direction as they do, different path. At the next cut, they are walking down the same boardwalk as Ellen and Joe and in the opposite direction. (00:04:30)

Continuity mistake: Rizzo breaks up the rumble at the pizza joint; in the wide shots when he keeps the goons in check, there are several more unperturbed bottles in the shelves behind Manomozza than in close-ups. Some of the bottles that were in the side shelves in fact have inexplicably moved onto the center one. (00:11:25)

Continuity mistake: During the banquet, Semyon motions to the waiter that offers to pour him champagne, to serve the guest to his right instead. The bottle was showing the label to the camera, but in the new shot it made a 180° turn, the label faces the waiter instead. Moreover, the waiter exits left but is walking right behind Semyon right a split second later in the reaction shot as Semyon looks at his son answer the phone. (00:15:10)

Continuity mistake: Annie Girardot and Murray Head are playing with the cake dough and playfully hit and splatter each other. Between the various takes, Annie Girardot gets some cleaning done, because she had hair and coat all messy midway through, but is much cleaner when that part of the scene is a wrap and the story moves on; the hair (she had an egg cracked on her head) is fine and the coat that had streaks of cream on the lapel is almost spotless. Other mistake: In Chapter 3, the kids find the computer with Alter Ego. The text says the computer screen glows "a pale green", but the artwork shows a unequivocally blue hue.

Continuity mistake: Alfred interrupts Bruce's chat with Selina at the party with the news that Bane has abducted a child. He says "Ringing your phone now" by pressing a button on a keypad that was not there in the overhead shot. (00:04:20)

Continuity mistake: When Vers lands in the Blockbuster, the establishing shot of the street shows the cardboard cutout of True Lies facing the outside from the window (Jamie Lee Curtis on the left of Schwarzenegger).
