Continuity mistake: With Dr. King at his side, Poirot waves hi to Hassan, the 'Arab boy'. The position of Poirot's hat and cane is different in the two shots; in front of him, or down his left hip. (01:14:55)

Revealing mistake: The chairman parks his car in front of Bel Fuse Ltd. And goes upstairs. His car explodes, but does it in front of a different building, probably switching to a stage building front; the metal doors don't have vents anymore and there are visible join lines in the asphalt and the cement. Continuity mistake: Inside Lord Peel's study, Poirot asks Lady Westholme what did she do after lunch, since "You did not immediately go for your walk, I believe." Peter Ustinov poses the question with his hands behind his back, but Lauren Bacall's answer answers with the stand-in for Ustinov posing with his hand on his hip. (00:54:40)

Other mistake: In Abby's scene when she is required to bring refreshments to the meeting room, all the drama happens because there's a chair blocking her way to the left of the table. Any sane person would just walk to the right of the table. She has all the space in the world to do that, but the plot to work she appears to be unironically too stupid to even consider the possibility. She also has room to put the tray down without moving a step. (also, as a bonus, the hand of one of the guests is embedded inside the table, just the thumb sticking out).

Revealing mistake: Several times during the game the name of the person saying a line followed by a colon (so, the basic formatting of the script) appears in the actual line of dialogue, sometimes together with the proper name field, other times with no name field at all.

Character mistake: During the intro, in one line of dialogue Brigitte's name loses the B.

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene near the start of the movie when Lois Chiles is showing Mia Farrow her bathroom and Mia Farrow is saying "Yes, It's lovely," on the mirror on the right you can see a member of the crew crawling around on his hands and knees. This is visible on the DVD as well as at the cinema. (00:05:50)

Character mistake: Shen Long's winquote against Kyosuke; "Are you a really man?"

Character mistake: When you reach the final stage of the tournament, the host Zeus introduces himself and in his rant he says "I'm going to be invincible, immortal and one really tongh muchacho." Whatever "tongh" is. Incidentally, most of Zeus' lines are not really "translated" but rather totally made up - suffice to say, when he suffers his dramatic defeat, Zeus shouts in anger "Why...you...you...YOU CRAZY FUNSTER." Both lines were totally "dry" in Japanese and didn't have funny phrasing and epithets.

Young Kidaichi's Murder: File 1 - S2-E1

Other mistake: Kindaichi escapes handcuffing the detective to the toilet's chain. Try to think of the last time you went to a restroom and the chain was SO long that you could yank it across the whole room (not stall, room) and outside the door. Going behind the sink's drain, even. Never seen a toilet like this in my life (and in that kind of bathroom, you have usually buttons or pedals, anyway). (00:21:00)

Other mistake: If during a route you end up visiting Tom at home and provoke him in a mock fight, there's a screen with the graphic showing him in full figure...but cut above the knees.

Continuity mistake: As Gale is talking to Dewey outside the school, when she is trying to get information from him about the killings, Dewey takes his sunglasses off and hangs them on his shirt. In the following scene they hang two different ways every time the camera cuts to him. (00:48:40)

Character mistake: In the arcade version, one of Hanzo's winquotes is "Can you now FATOM the power of the Iga Ninja?"

Character mistake: Rasputin's ending begins with "Having vanquished the VILLIANS".

Other mistake: In the "How to Play" demo reel, we learn to "Move joystick back for DIFFENCE", which would be a pretty rad typo for "Defence."

Other mistake: The "How to play" instruction demo informs that "The strength of your attack is based on the length of time you you press each button", with a repetition of the word "you."

Other mistake: Van transfers the bunch of condiments from the cart to the table. Amongst said condiments, a big jar of "MASTARD." (00:07:00)

Other mistake: At the beginning of the episode, the characters are gathered thinking back about part 1 of the case. Amazingly enough, the propmaster's armpit ate the A of his shirt. Now he's not a "BADMAN", he's a "BADMN." (00:02:05)

Continuity mistake: There's a blatant coloring error regarding Kindaichi's clothes when he speaks to the inn's manager through the window; his shirt goes from orange to lilac, with a pea green undershirt. (00:09:05)
