Factual error: There are many factors concerning Niles' post-operative state which are very inaccurate. After open heart surgery it takes at least three months for the chest bone to heal, Niles would not be able to drive a car for weeks, nor would he be able to lift or twist which he does on the show. Also, he doesn't sport a scar. Your chest bone begins very high up, just below your neck, his scar should have been visible on numerous occasions.

While this mistake points out many different factors, I don't think this should qualify as a valid correction. The mistake is saying in season 10 he doesn't have a visible scar when he should and the correction points to seeing a scar a third of the way into season 11.

Suggested correction: This isn't necessarily true. The +8 and +10 years don't have to literally be to the day. Maybe Lloyd hasn't had his 18th birthday yet - it could be days away, making 1987 valid. Lloyd was born in 1969, but I don't think that was indicated for Harry. Harry was "held back 3 years", so may have been born in 1968 in order to be in the same grade as Lloyd, who was held back two years. Otherwise, Lloyd would be a sophomore and Harry a freshman, which questions how they're in classes with jrs/srs?
First off, the mistake isn't focused on anyone's age, just the date. Second, we know Harry was born in 1969 since the film starts with his, so your comments don't make sense. It says 1969 and the 8 years later followed by 10 more years later, which would put it at 1987.

Corrected entry: The whole point of playing tic-tac-toe in the end was so Joshua could learn that the game would always end a tie. But take a close look at the second game he plays in the war room. Two "X"s and two "O"s are played in boxes where all Joshua would have to do is put the next X in the top middle box, and he would've won that game. A human could conceivably miss that, but since it was just established that Joshua was playing himself (of players "zero"), a computer wouldn't have missed such an easy move, especially since the reason Joshua plays anything is "to win the game".

Suggested correction: This isn't a mistake just because a school does it a different way than what you expect. Not to mention that some people also have the same last name, so using the last name would create the same "problem." All they would have to do is add a last name initial.
It really is an error because in the opening, when the coach called "Emily," one of the players responded, "Which Emily?" As soon as the second Emily joined the team, the school would have changed the jerseys. Of course, in a school team, siblings may join the team, so first and last names would likely both be incorporated.

Corrected entry: When the hallucinated Jonas is leading Dr. Kieran upstairs, a red light can be seen glowing on his hip where his Beretta is holstered. It looks as if Corin Nemec is carrying an Intar (a training weapon with a glowing red crystal in the grip) prop instead of a normal pistol. Can't be due to a hallucination - Dr. Kieran couldn't hallucinate a Goa'uld training weapon he'd never seen.
Correction: Maybe the Intar was given to Jonas in the same way that Sam sometimes carries a Zat; so he has a stun weapon. We know the SGC has access to Intars since SG-1 broke up Apophis' old Jaffa training camp. Therefore, Kieran could have hallucinated it, even without knowing what it was if he'd seen Jonas with it beforehand.
I agree. Later when Jonas is talking to the council people at the end (where he says he wishes they could see what he's seen), you can see he is in fact carrying an Intar, so that's the weapon he left the SGC with, which Dr. Kieran would have seen.

Continuity mistake: After the first race, McQueen blew out both back tires. When interviewed after the race, his pit crew changes his rims with new tires, but the old rims have tires on them. They should be only rims, since earlier in the race we see him riding "on the rims" only, with sparks flying from the metal touching the track.

I think you missed the point of the mistake. 2 crew members are taking off both of McQueen's driver side tires (we can assume they replaced the passenger side off camera). But one should just be the rim. You're suggesting the pit crew replaced his tires off camera and then decided to replace his tires again when on camera.

Plot hole: When the team manage to create the cavern with the buried stargate they send Teal'c through to drill his way out, but wouldn't it be safer (and significantly faster) to fire a missile or two through and blast their way out? They have no idea how deep the stargate is buried, or under what type of rock, so sending Teal'c with only four hours of air seems suicidal. (00:35:00)

Suggested correction: Except that sending a missile through would only cause the rocks to cave in onto the Stargate again and could possibly make it impossible to reopen the Stargate. If they could reopen it, they would just end up creating the same cavern. Not to mention the fact the danger to life on the planet if a missile did make it through and ends up exploding on the surface.
Except that if the gate is active, anything falling down on it would be destroyed, so if anything you would still end up with a cavern if material soil bound together as it was falling towards the gate, OR you would end up with a crater which would be Teal'c's objective.
It's not about the rocks being destroyed. It's about if the Stargate ends up shutting down and the rocks creating an iris, making it impossible to establish a wormhole.

Suggested correction: The "Adult Billy" isn't really an adult Billy, that is how Dr. Savana would've looked if he hadn't tried to take the Deadly Sins Ball. So the adult Billy figure is the default figure for anyone who passes.
All of his brothers and sisters are older versions of themselves (by both gender and ethnicity). It's not like Darla would have looked like Shazam had she been deemed worthy first. I could understand if you meant that they might not have all the characteristics (after all, older Freddy does not need a cane so eye color could be different) then I could buy that but older Billy is not the default for just anyone.
Suggested correction: While I don't think it's expressed in the film, much of the film mirrors Shazam from the comics (mid 80's and up). I didn't see anything in the film to suggest it's what Dr. Sivana would have looked like or a default setting. In the comics, Shazam represents Billy's idealized self, not Billy as an adult. Same for the other kids. In the film, and comics, Billy also retains his adolescent personality to further indicate he's not an older version of himself.

Corrected entry: The original book takes place roughly near the end of Vietnam and In 2016, women were officially welcome to join military special forces. So, it makes sense that one might wonder if there are any female Navy SEALs currently serving. Well, the short answer is no, but it's not for a lack of trying. In simple terms, no female has been able to successfully complete Navy SEAL training yet.
Correction: At best this is trivia. Just because in real life no woman has yet qualified to be a SEAL doesn't mean a fictional character can't - it's certainly allowed for any woman who meets the criteria. Since this film isn't set during Vietnam, there's nothing stopping Greer from being a SEAL.

This was the 2-week program (pre-selection) and not the 24-week program required to complete SEAL training.
Navy Sea, Air, Land (SEAL) training is approximately 71 weeks from entry into Navy Recruit Training (8 weeks), completion of Naval Special Warfare Preparatory School (8 weeks), Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL Training (24 weeks), Navy Special Warfare Parachute Course (5 weeks), and SEAL Qualification Training (26 weeks), for a grand total of a little over 16 months of training to earn the Special Warfare insignia (SEAL "Trident").

Corrected entry: In Captain Stu's, near the end of the film, Jesse is playing air hockey with a young girl. He appears to sink the puck to win, it makes the noise and he celebrates, yet you can see the puck still on the table when the camera comes back up to his end of the table.
Correction: I've watched the scene, including the deleted scene, and the puck is never seen on the table. On the girl's end there's a light reflected on the table, but that's not the puck. And we never see Jesse's end of the table. I would suggest submitting a screenshot of the version you see the puck in.

Factual error: Chucky is not tall enough to rev the engine of the car in the garage when trying to suffocate Nica.

Suggested correction: I watched the scene and it's clear Chucky wasn't using a brick on the accelerator to rev the engine. However, Nica is paralyzed and there are devices you can install on a car that allows a paralyzed person to operate the gas and brake from the steering wheel, so Chucky could rev the engine without touching the gas pedal.
Suggested correction: All he would have to do is stand on the gas pedal.
He's standing at the wheel the entire scene. He's not tall enough to be doing that and pressing the gas pedal.
He could have used a brick or something to keep the gas pedal down and then climbed up to the wheel.
Except if you watch the scene, the engine revs up and down, not something putting a brick on the gas pedal would do.
