Continuity mistake: As Gant is trying to inject Burnham's eye, in wider shots the syringe is noticeably further away from her eyeball than it is in close-up shots.

Continuity mistake: As Audrey and Drew struggle with the gun, in the shot behind Morgan, Drew has his arms around Audrey, with the gun up by her chest. Cut to a closer shot and the gun's much lower, below his arms, by Audrey's stomach. (01:40:20)

Continuity mistake: After the gym rescue, Sebastian is explaining what's on the drive and leaning forwards. The angle changes as the door opens, and he's suddenly leaning back in his chair.

Continuity mistake: When they're in the cafe in Vienna, Kate McKinnon's arms are all over the place depending on the angle. First shot from the front she's using a spoon and fork, then from behind her left hand is empty on the table. Cut to front, then back, and suddenly she's leaning on the table with her left arm while eating with her right. Then from the front both hands are suddenly empty and she's leaning forwards with her arms crossed. Side shot and the fork is back in her right hand.

Continuity mistake: Just after escaping from the apartment near the start, after saying they're not going to hide in a Pilates Plus, we see a wide shot of them speeding through an intersection, with empty road behind them. Cuts to inside with the conversation continuing, and there's a car directly behind them.

Continuity mistake: When Ed is trying to take the Blackgate folder from Lucius, the way it's held between them changes between shots.

Continuity mistake: During the death battle, Wolf grabs his opponent and the big sword is held down below waist level. The shot cuts and it's suddenly up, over his shoulders.

Continuity mistake: As Seth MacFarlane tells the crew to take things seriously, he's got his hands held parallel to each other. The shot changes and his fingers are interlocked.

Continuity mistake: When they're trying to bribe the "pregnant corpse" lady, in shots from the front the $10 bill is perfectly flat on the table, but from the back the front half is noticeably kinked upwards. Then when he starts sliding more money over, the $10 is flattened out.

Pio ke kukui, po'ele ka hale - S9-E10

Continuity mistake: Before the gunfight, Joe tells Steve not to wait too long to find someone. There's a shot of the boards over the window beside him, and they're fully intact. Seconds later, when he says "no visual", well before the gunfire actually starts, they're suddenly riddled with bullet holes.

Continuity mistake: The outside of Hank's lab changes in different shots - sometimes there's a "no entry" sign inside a window on the right, other times it's missing. When Scott and Hope arrive there's a red logo on the door which is missing later. And when the ghost exits there's a "private property" notice beside the door which isn't there at other times.

Continuity mistake: As the ghost attacks Wasp in the hotel lobby, there's a guy unconscious in front of the piano who's there in some shots and missing in others.

Continuity mistake: When the shrunken car is surrounded by pigeons, it's an all-glass roof, or black. When the shrunken car drives through a pipe later, its roof is silver. It changes back and forth again, just before/after Hank shrinks it.

Continuity mistake: At the start when Hope is playing in her room, in a wide shot there's a wooden stand with a plant on it by the teddy bear in the background. In a closeup of her this stand has vanished.

Continuity mistake: In the final fight, Deadpool says to Cable "did you feel that too?" and there's no-one behind them at all. Cable moves forwards to kill a guy on the ground, and a fraction of a second later, as Deadpool says "only best buddies execute paedophiles together" an orderly has appeared in the background, who gets shot.

Continuity mistake: John throws some stones onto a table to investigate whatever took the baby. The angle changes and they're in a completely different arrangement.

Continuity mistake: At the start, Meaghan Rath winds down her window and leans out to yell at the guy behind her. Leans back in, we cut to a shot outside the car and her window is instantly up.

Continuity mistake: Steve chases Jesse into a building. She opens a heavy door to the outside, slowing her down, and as she goes through he's about 10 feet behind her. We then cut to her running along a walkway and he's somehow dropped back another 20 feet.

The Fury of Iron Fist - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: When Danny and Ward meet Joy in her new place, Ward says "who was it who said I was being childish?" Danny is in the background, holding the folder cover open with his left hand. Shot cuts as he speaks, and his hand's suddenly on the pages with the folder cover hanging down loose.

Continuity mistake: When Ross is interrogating Klaue, there's a shot from behind him and we can see the bug on his left shoulder. When he leaves the room and talks to T'Challa, the bug has vanished, but reappears again shortly afterwards.
