Revealing mistake: After the fire starts, people go in with extinguishers, but can be seen in the background waving them around without anything coming out of them.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (2005)
Revealing mistake: As Mac says "I'm very worried about these guys" and exits the bar, there's a shot right through the door and it's not the bar inside at all, just a wall with some pictures on it, much closer to the door than it should be.

The Blacklist (2013)
Revealing mistake: Aram "hacks" an employee database via a company website - the code that's briefly visible on screen (slo-mo helps but isn't required) is just standard HTML that lays out a web page, not server commands.

Captain Marvel (2019)
Revealing mistake: After the Kree arrive on the ship, in a side shot one of them opens the lunchbox holding the tesseract. We see the blue light emanating from inside, but that only appears once the box is fully open - while it's opening, there's no light inside at all, despite the tesseract always glowing. A later shot shows the glow being visible around the edges of the lid even when the box is completely shut, and when Carol opens it later, the glow appears immediately.

Burn Notice (2007)
Last Stand - S4-E18
Revealing mistake: After Michael blows up his car, the bad guys' car hits it and pretty clear jolts to a near-stop. In the reverse angle it suddenly smashes over the top of the burning vehicle at great speed. Not to mention that without a ramp there's no way it could have jumped the wreck anyway.

Jungle Cruise (2021)
Revealing mistake: The jaguar near the start jumps onto the bar and prowls along it. It knocks over one glass with some force, which shatters, but the second glass is barely tapped by its foot and it smashes to bits too, when it should just have been pushed out of the way.

Burn Notice (2007)
Revealing mistake: When Fi triggers the bomb under the car, in the shot showing the explosion, the bomb itself, with an obvious red flashing light, has disappeared, plus the explosion originates from within the car, rather than underneath where the bomb was placed.

The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997)
Revealing mistake: As the T-Rex rages through the street, some cars crash, and one reversing car dramatically flips. Two problems though - firstly, it's reversing quickly enough to mean it must have travelled past the dinosaur to build up that much speed, so the driver would have just driven forwards away from the T-Rex instead. Plus there's nothing which would realistically be in the road to make the car flip over like that, it's just a street with cars stopped on it.

The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997)
Revealing mistake: The woman who screams and reverses away from the T-Rex while staring at it is suddenly replaced by a male stunt driver looking over his shoulder in the shot from the side.

Iron Man 3 (2013)
Revealing mistake: When Tony is knocked violently forwards during the test of the Mark 42 armour, he somehow arrests his fall mid-air just before propulsors in his hands actually fire, because the effects weren't perfectly synced with the wirework.

Not Kansas - S3-E21
Revealing mistake: As the guy fires the machine gun at Guardian, there's a closeup of bullet casings falling to the ground, but they're not just empty casings, they're fired blank rounds.

The Punisher (2017)
Virtue of the Vicious - S1-E10
Revealing mistake: The first time we see the raid on the senator's room, 2 security guards are shot in the head. The blood spray from the second one emerges a fraction of a second before the gun fires. The second time the raid is played out, everything happens exactly the same way, but this time the spray matches the gunshot. (00:11:10)

The Flash (2014)
Revealing mistake: The sequence at the start showing a "normal" day shows a coffee shop with the Flash supposedly running out with two coffee cups. When we see his day now without super speed, the shot of the coffee shop is just a continuation of the previous one, with the same guy walking through the door. In fact if you go back and look closely at the first shot, you can just see the edge of Barry, hidden behind another customer.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2013)
Revealing mistake: At the start, Terry takes Jake's phone off him while he's in the middle of writing a text. We see the screen and it's on the regular homescreen. Jake then takes it back and immediately carries on typing, not opening up the messaging app first.

Scorpion (2014)
Single Point of Failure - S1-E2
Revealing mistake: Walter accesses code on the sick girl's laptop to trace the source of the virus - aside from the fact that the code comes straight up a fraction of a second after his hands even touch the keyboard, the code displayed in the black window is for a set of traffic lights, with lines like "Walk/Dont_Walk" and "Green_Arrow/Yellow_Slow." CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000)
Take the Money and Run - S14-E2
Revealing mistake: When the shot security guard's wife demands to see him before he's taken out of the casino, the body bag he's in is unzipped, and the "dead" body very swallows, a fraction of a second before the focus is pulled back to his wife.

The League (2009)
Revealing mistake: When Ruxin's phone conversation with Kevin is overheard by Jenny, she starts an online chat with Ruxin. She sends her message, but almost as soon as she's sent it, for a fraction of a second we see "reply from Ruxin" appear on her screen, before the shot cuts to Ruxin actually seeing it and writing his reply.

Human Target (2010)
Revealing mistake: When the target's iPhone rings and Christopher Chance answers it, he swipes his finger across the bottom of the screen, which is the regular gesture to answer a call on the iPhone. Trouble is that we see the screen at the time, and it's not showing an incoming call, just some sort of list - he swipes his finger over nothing of any significance at all.

Fringe (2008)
Night of Desirable Objects - S2-E2
Revealing mistake: When the typewriter is being used at the end, the keys being pressed don't correspond to the words appearing on the paper. Obvious from the start - the first letter pressed is on the middle row of the keyboard, but the first word typed is "unacceptable".
