Continuity mistake: When Bill is cutting the crusts off a sandwich towards the end, he cuts two off, goes to remove the third, then the angle changes and he's now cutting it in half. After that we hear him sweep the crusts off the board and see him hand the sandwich to BB, then a shot or two later crusts are back on the board and he cleans them off again to make another sandwich. Continuity mistake: When The Bride is in the coffin, various aspects of it keep changing. When the lid's being nailed on, one shot shows the wood a bit warped to the left of her head (where a nail's too close to the surface) but in other shots it's fine. The grain also changes in places, most noticeably when she's punching her way out - in different shots there's a knot to the left on the blood stain, above it, or right under it.

Continuity mistake: When Monica comes round to Phoebe's, Phoebe reminds her that she's got to clear out stuff. In this wide shot Monica has both hands by her sides, but when it cuts to her finishing saying "oh right", her right hand is now gripping her bag's strap. (00:05:00)

Continuity mistake: It's a great new car Starsky gets at the end, just like his old one...even down to the licence plate, which is 537 0NN, proving the same car's used both times. You see the original's plate when he crouches down while being shot at, and the replacement when it takes that jump right at the start of the credits at the end. Same both times. Continuity mistake: When Hutch tackles Starsky to the ground after his gun goes off in the disco, Starsky's badge falls to the ground beside his head. Hutch grabs it and holds it up, telling people to calm down, but when the shot returns to Starsky the badge is still there next to his head. (00:49:40)

Continuity mistake: In the final fight, Angel gets stabbed on his right side. In the slow-motion bit before his opponent chooses not to fight any more, the wound switches to his left for one shot. (00:36:40)

Continuity mistake: In the final rampage through the corridor, Preston shoots through the door, killing the guards on his side but also those in the room - we see them falling to one side. But when the corridor guards fall through the doors, in shots from Preston's point of view the guards are visible standing just inside the door before being knocked down. (01:30:30)

Continuity mistake: When the Germans attack during the discussion about air support, Patton's office gets shot up. In one shot we see bullets strafe a wall with a vase in front of it - the vase wobbles but remains intact. Then we see another shot of the same wall/vase combo being strafed - you can see marks on the wall where the bullet impacts are about to be, and this time the vase shatters too. (00:34:05)

Continuity mistake: When Joey and Rachel are trying to work out if the other knows about Monica and Chandler, they sit at the table in silence. In a side shot of Joey they look at each other sneakily, and Joey has his arms by his sides. It then cuts to a head-on shot of Joey, and he's got his right arm over the back of the chair. (00:19:00)

Continuity mistake: As Ross says, "This is our wedding day," in a close-up, Elliott Gould is holding a bit of paper in his left hand (glasses in his other hand, out of shot). In the wide shot, the paper is in his right hand, then jumps back to his left when the angle changes. (00:36:25)

Continuity mistake: After they crash the mustang, a gunfight breaks out. Harrison Ford opens his door and fires one or two rounds - after that the slide of his gun locks back, showing it's empty. Continuity mistake: When Jeff Goldblum is trapped in the car with the raptor outside, the raptor bumps into the window, cracking it. There's no hole in the centre of the crack in the shot of the raptor, but when we see a shot of Jeff Goldblum a second later, there's suddenly a hole in the window. (01:30:05)

Continuity mistake: When the bathroom explodes, from one angle we see the toilet come sailing out over the roof of a police truck parked at the front of the house. While the angles make it a bit tricky to judge, there's a definite leftward trajectory. We then cut to a closeup of Murtaugh's car, and the toilet lands on it as if it was flying to the right. Even if the angles are misleading, in the first shot the police truck and other cars are parked to the right of the exploding window. In the shot of Roger's car he's also parked to the right, but without all the cars visible around it which there should be. (00:57:15)
Suggested correction: The toilet is flying straight out and straight towards the car - you can see this from the perspective of the interior of the car prior to the toilet becoming visible. Next the toilet is flying towards the area in front of the police van, not over it. And the car is parked in front of the van. When we see the car again, the van and other police cars are out of frame, so they can't be seen.
The mistake is valid. When we see the toilet flying, it's moving to the viewer's left, but when it hits the car, it's moving to the viewer's right now. Even if in the first shot, with the angle of the camera, the toilet is flying straight, it doesn't hit the car straight on. And he's not saying the toilet sails over the roof, but that you can see the toilet in the background is above the roof of the van in the foreground and that's moving over it (from right to left).

Continuity mistake: Near the start, Julie sits on a sofa when discussing the bribe. In the wide shot, as she says "I wish it were that simple", she rests her left hand on her knee. It then cuts to a closeup for her next line, and her left arm is suddenly along the back of the sofa. (00:13:40)
