Corrected entry: Early on, The Flash's immense speed caused his clothes, and those of people he was carrying, to catch fire because of the air resistance. Gave him an excuse for the suit, but this effect was fairly quickly forgotten, with him frequently carrying civilians or running out of costume with no ill effects at all.

No Time to Die (2021)
Corrected entry: Blofeld somehow arranges the entire Spectre would-be ambush and monitors it in real time from his cell, despite being utterly locked down and only having contact with Madeleine. Even when his cell is ordered to be searched there's no report of anything being found. The mechanism by which he was still somehow in touch with the outside world is just totally forgotten about.
Correction: Q states they find a bionic eye on Blofeld, that is the eye Q works on.

The Boys (2019)
Corrected entry: The nanny cam footage A-Train watches makes no sense. There's footage of him having sex with Popclaw, then static, then her accidentally killing the landlord. That would only happen if someone edited it together - there's no lead-in to her landlord situation, it just cuts right to his death and the Boys arriving. But they were in the bedroom well before that - either it's motion sensitive and should have caught the whole thing, or it's recording continuously and still should have caught the whole thing. Instead this digital recording acts like a VHS tape someone accidentally recorded over.
Correction: Actually A-Train is holding the remote and it changes after he is pressing it against his forehead. He even looks at the remote after it changes, implying he accidentally pressed a button. The static shouldn't be there though as it's a digital recording.

The Boys (2019)
Corrected entry: The whole point of the "ass bomb" is that Translucent's skin is impenetrable, no way into his body except, as they realise, through his ass. So when the bomb goes off, the blast should be entirely contained within his impenetrable skin, leaving a flesh-bag of destroyed internal organs. Instead he explodes into mush. They even say afterwards his skin won't burn off so they've got to dispose of it somehow.
Correction: You don't know exactly how his skin works. It could be the skin is able to protect the body from the outside because of it's impenetrable properties, able to contract when something impacts it, absorbing any impact. From the inside however that property could not be working and the skin cells are torn apart but not destroyed.

Good Omens (2019)
Corrected entry: When War arrives at the cafe to meet the others, she's the first one, and we see her bike alone outside. The others get there, then when Pollution asks after Death, we see his bike outside, parked to the right of War's. It's revealed that he was already there playing the quiz machine, and he's been in shot the whole time, but that means his bike should have already been there too. Even if it was somehow out of shot, War would have seen it.
Correction: Or alternatively, the bike didn't appear until the others have already arrived. Death is a supernatural being who has already been established as not being bound by the same physical limitations as the other Horsemen. Obviously, the bike is not something he purchased but was called into existence when needed.
Agreed. Terry Pratchett had previously written about magical things that don't just suddenly appear, but suddenly appear so that they have always been there. Obviously this is not explicitly said on screen so it's up to you if it's still a mistake in story telling but it works as a kind of comedy fantasy logic.
Her bike is at the lower edge of the shot. Another bike could have been parked out of frame. Although she would have seen it.

All the World Is Birthday Cake - S2-E5
Corrected entry: Everyone on the planet freaks out because two of the crewmembers have birthdays soon, marking them as "Gilliak." But no-one makes the connection that birthdays, dates, years, etc. will be entirely different on this planet than under Union dating.
Correction: While I agree the premise is a bit shaky, my understanding from watching the episode is that the people of the planet had it so ingrained in their culture, they weren't willing to consider that. Regardless of where someone was born, if they were born during the period of that sign on their planet, they were under that sign. While watching the episode, I hoped Captain Mercer would use your logic to free them, though. He could have simply said "You know what? We have that same sign in our culture, but because the stars are different for us it comes at a different time."

Common mistakes
Corrected entry: People getting into their car and adjusting their rear view mirror, despite it being their car that they were the last one to drive, so what needs changing? Of course it's normally just to give a reason for them to see something or someone behind them they otherwise would have missed.
Correction: Also, you don't always sit in the exact same position when getting in the vehicle. I adjust my mirrors sometimes simply cause I slouch when I drive, then later I'll sit up straight, then later I'd lean back while driving. Each time changing my point of view through the mirrors.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016)
Corrected entry: After the corvette escapes at the end, Darth Vader is standing at the edge of the hanger, and his cape is fluttering in the breeze. Only problem is they're in space, with no wind, or high enough that the atmosphere is so thin that there's no wind. Or there's a forcefield closing off the hanger from the outside, so no wind. And even if it's that air is rushing out of the ship due to the vacuum, his cape would be blowing towards the hole, not away from it. Plus the troopers behind him would all be asphyxiated - their suits aren't space suits. (02:05:00)
Correction: Actually, you can survive in a Stormtrooper-suit in space for about 30 minutes. The suit seals up and there is a limited supply of oxygen.
Correction: Storm Trooper suits have a temporary seal to help them survive without oxygen. As for Vader's cape, it is likely that, following the departure of the Corvette, the hanger's forcefield will have engaged and it is re-pressurising. This would cause air flow and therefore his cape would blow.

Crisis on Earth-X, Part 3 - S4-E8
Corrected entry: Turns out Oliver was handed an unloaded weapon by evil Quentin. But Oliver's handled enough weapons in his time to know that a gun with no bullets is noticeably lighter than one with, and would have realised the ruse immediately, certainly not then trying to threaten Quentin-X with it.
Correction: It was an unfamiliar weapon from another universe. He wouldn't know its mass.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016)
Corrected entry: When approaching the landing area on Scarif, the pilot says that the landing gear is locked in position. Then in a later shot when the ship is just above the ground, that's when we see the landing gear actually emerge. (01:25:55 - 01:27:45)
Correction: Body actually says "landing track locked", not gear locked. He is referring to the guidance system that will help them fly down to the platform. He locked on the signal provided by control to land. Nothing to do with the ship's landing gear.

The Silence of the Lambs (1991)
Corrected entry: Hannibal says "I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti." He could get treatment with drugs called monoamine oxidase inhibitors - MAOIs, which he'd know, being a psychiatrist. However there are things you can't eat when taking MAOIs (potentially fatal), including liver, beans, and wine (also aged cheeses, if you're interested). So he's subtly letting on that he's not taking his medication, through the medium of a joke for his own amusement.
Correction: Psychopaths cannot be treated with medication and MAOIs are used for depression. Hannibal couldn't be treated even with antipsychotics or a mood stabiliser because antisocial personality disorder can't be medicated, and he would not be taking medications for his psychopathy regardless, because psychopaths have no remorse for their actions, so he wouldn't treat something he does not believe to be a problem.

The Bon Voyage Reaction - S6-E24
Corrected entry: Sheldon gets everyone's attention by tapping a glass and saying "that's a B flat, for those that don't have perfect pitch." It's not a B flat, it's a B.
Correction: The note is a dead-on Bb, assuming the western standard of A=440 Hz.

Thor: The Dark World (2013)
Corrected entry: The red estate car they drive to the abandoned warehouse has a number plate that starts with a K, but the security-engraved windows seen in the shots from inside the car show the plate starts with a G.
Correction: As is common in the UK (and other countries no doubt), its an old model Volvo that is no longer manufactured and the same goes for a lot of parts such as glass. If someone can't obtain a replacement window from the manufacturer, they can go to a scrapyard/breaker and remove windows from a scrapped car. I have a Ford Transit that is T registered, but has two windows from an R registered van.

The Cushion Saturation - S2-E16
Corrected entry: At the end, Sheldon fires 5 shots at Leonard, who somehow ends up with 7 distinct paintball marks on his chest.
Correction: Paintball markers can easily fire two shots per trigger pull, especially when the CO2 in the tank is low.

The Wolverine (2013)
Corrected entry: Spoiler: After removing the spider-bot from his system Wolverine's healing power goes straight back to normal, sealing all his wounds and basically bringing him back to life. But when his claws are cut off near the end, his bone claws don't grow back even a fraction during the final fight.
Correction: The rate at which Wolverine's body heals itself is relative to the type of injury he sustains. Broken bones take longer to heal than cuts, so it's possible that it could take several hours for his bones to regrow, especially during the heat of battle. This is entirely consistent with what we see in the first film after the wounds he receives from Sabretooth reappear when he transfers his healing powers to Rogue to save her life.

Ocean's Eleven (2001)
Corrected entry: When Rusty frees Basher, there's a weird difference between shots. In the shot of them just as they start walking away from the car they were leaning against, they're by the bonnet and turning right slightly, so they should pass in front of the car. Then the angle changes, and they're now at the rear of a police car walking perpendicular to it. Not a different car, as it blows up shortly afterwards. (00:21:00)
Correction: I watched this scene twice. Though it appears to be confusing at first, what happens is Basher sets the explosive as Rusty is leaning in whispering their conversation and when the two walk away, they walk from the rear passenger door, AROUND the rear of the car to the rear driver side door and then continue forward leaving the slantingly parked car in the background. Movies don't always account for very small passages in time. The only moments that we do not see (but should logically be assumed) is the short time it took for them to walk around the rear of the vehicle.

The One Where No One's Ready - S3-E2

Supernatural (2005)
Corrected entry: All the doors and windows get locked by the ghosts, trapping Sam and Dean inside, but they never even try to break a window or smash down the doors to get out, they just accept the situation.
Correction: In Season 3, Episode 13 Ghostfacers, it is established that ghosts can cause a "supernatural lockdown" meaning all exits are rendered useless (Doors and windows won't open and most likely can't be broken open/down either). They probably realized this was something similar and didn't even bother knowing it would be useless.

The Spy Who Loved Me (1977)
Corrected entry: When Bond arrives at the pyramids, there's a shot of him walking towards them, with the seated audience at the bottom left of the screen. They're models or something, because look closely at them, and you can see what look like ripples going through them - clearly some kind of effect.
Correction: You can tell they are not models as there is visible movement amongst them. More importantly, the rippling effect seen is caused by heat diffusing into the air, this is often seen on roads in summer.

Correction: This is half-true. Barry's connection to the Speed Force allows for some sort of shield around his body that protects him from harm while running. In the beginning, his bond with the Speed Force is weak, whereas later on, he becomes closer and closer to the Speed Force, allowing him to run faster, defy laws of physics, etc.
