Visible crew/equipment: After Doctor Strange experiments with the magical doorway in the Sanctum Sanctorum, he leaves it on a desert view and we cut to a shot panning across all the artifacts. At the very start of the shot on the right hand side of the screen is a crewmember standing in the shadows looking bored. Really blatant if you turn up the brightness, but easy enough to spot if you know what you're looking at. (00:56:00)

Dangerous Liaisons (1988)
Visible crew/equipment: Towards the end, as Vicomte de Valmont is demanding a simple yes or no, there's a shot of Marquise de Merteuil in front of a mirror, slowly panning back. Just after he says "yes or no," we see a shadow/silhouette in the mirror moving, but Valmont is standing perfectly still, and no one else is in the room.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Visible crew/equipment: Just after Dawn says "I like the trailers", we fade to black/commercials, then up again. Keep a close eye on the left side of the screen - you can see what looks like someone's hand flash into frame for a second, despite Dawn being alone in the room - looks like the director's hand signalling action. Robocop 2 (1990)
Visible crew/equipment: When Robocop visits Cain's hideout and sends his car in as a decoy, after he returns to the car, watch the driving shot closely. A wire has magically strung itself across the entrance and attached itself to the back of the car - it wasn't visible from an earlier shot. As the car drives forward it stretches the horizontal wire, and just as a tiny amount of pressure is exerted, the car explodes. Yeah, it's technically a mistake, but I think it's more worth checking out just to see how those tricky effects are achieved.

Lethal Weapon 3 (1992)
Visible crew/equipment: As the motorbike falls from the highway, just after it explodes there's a very short wide shot of the site with Danny Glover standing by his car and a couple of guys in hard hats standing around (or running for their life). If you look right behind Danny Glover you can see two people, one in a white hat, one in a red, and one of them is holding a camera - they start moving backwards just before the end of the shot. We then see the bike blowing up, then a close up shot of Danny Glover, from the camera we've just seen. (01:30:25)
