Continuity mistake: During the car chase, Magnum is wearing a large wristband, which appears also in the close-ups of the gears being shifted. It's nowhere to be seen in the side views of Tom Selleck in the car, though. (00:21:40)
Continuity mistake: Magnum suggests Carrie to quit; she tells him it's not that easy. Obvious discontinuity in the hair position at the transition between the two shots; big curtain of hair draped around the shoulder, clears itself back in the second. It happens again, and it is again self-evident even later when Higgins barges in and there's an overhead shot from his position. (00:30:00)
Visible crew/equipment: After Carrie admits the whole thing was her idea, next we hear the voiceover welcoming everyone to the tennis tournament, and when it cuts to Magnum shouting, "No way," as he walks through the doorway with TC, 9-bank lighting equipment and director's chairs are visible right outside the door. Continuity mistake: When an annoyed Magnum tells TC in the locker room "Well then you can play!", the coach, mentor and potential killer is holding the racket turned towards a different direction (by the flat or by the side). (00:34:05)

Revealing mistake: When Agatha and the other "ladies of the Sandwich Island Botanical Society" show up near the chopper, aside from TC's perfect reaction toward Higgie Baby, in this shot (and a following shot) the wood box and wedges are visible under the chopper, as they are there to be the stable step up for Agatha, when she enters the chopper from the other side. Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, TC receives the bags and basket from Higgins' ladies; in the transition across the "Evelyn gets a teensy bit airsick." line, the two women behind Agatha have different hand positions - in particular the one with the maroon dress is adjusting her cleavage in the first shot, but has both hands supporting the camera in the next. The position of the bag and goggles on Agatha's arm change too, noticeably as the bag'strap is off/on the sleeve all of a sudden. (00:45:25)
