Continuity mistake: While Carrie strolls through Central Park with friends there's a living statue version of Lady Liberty behind, standing and talking to people. A shot later the people are gone and the statue is seating on a bench.
Continuity mistake: When Carrie sits by the fountain the whole scene swaps between close-ups of her or the boy with a very sunny light, and wide angles of both with a cloudier grey atmosphere.
Continuity mistake: When the counselor tells Sam to play sexual games her boyfriend's hand is away, but a shot later it's suddenly on her shoulder.
Continuity mistake: When Sam's boyfriend says "our sex life is diminished" his hand is on her right shoulder. A shot later it's on her left shoulder.

Continuity mistake: When Carrie meets Miranda and says she needs to talk about Big, Miranda holds her mug with two hands or one, depending on the shot. This changes back and forth.
