Revealing mistake: When Poirot gives the sarcastic explanation of the letter J to the doctor and colonel Race, the chest of the stone-cold dead Linnet quietly rises and falls as the very alive actress breathes. (01:08:35)

Death on the Nile (1978)
Revealing mistake: 'Uncle' Andrew Pennington reads the article with Linnet's wedding. The article is obviously fake; the part about the wedding is written in a font different from the rest of the page, and the rest of the content resumes without any column break. (00:08:40)

Death on the Nile (1978)
Revealing mistake: Jackie is so ecstatic at the idea that her boyfriend is going to work at her friend's estate that she kisses him without watching the road. Since she is not paying attention, the car nearly hits the hedge at one side of the road, and she does a last minute swerve ending up cutting through a lawn before she can get back on the road again. During this maneuver which should be spontaneous and unplanned, you can see dirt skidmarks on the asphalt in front of the car from previous takes and a clear pathway through the lawn. (00:07:30)

Ghostbusters (1984)
Revealing mistake: In the shot that follows the one with the fake cover of The Atlantic, a bespectacled Asian man walks across the street, in front of the Ghostbusters, looking prolongedly straight at the camera. (00:40:20)

Pootie Tang (2001)
Revealing mistake: In the intro (or one of the intros, rather), they narrate Pootie Tang's origin. A fake newspaper called "New York Pone" is shown, with the front page dedicated to baby Pootie and his invention of a new language. All fun and everything, but the prop is sloppy; you can read below the name of this fake 70s newspaper the URL of the New York Post' s website and the date in April 2001. (00:08:35)

Ultraman: A Special Effects Fantasy Series (1965)
Revealing mistake: When the monster is revealed behind a column as the troops enter the building and it splits in two mirror images, they did not stop the clock in the background, which reveals whenever they stopped filming to change things in frame.

Young Kidaichi's Murder: File 1 - S2-E1
Revealing mistake: There's a frame of animation obviously missing when the cameraman moves past the rest of the crowd that gathers after the maid's scream. He basically teleports past Miyuki while his hand is still in the same position it had when he had the hand on her shoulder. (00:14:40)

Scream (1996)
Revealing mistake: After Billy's stabbing, Stu charges Sidney projecting her through a doorway. In that shot you can easily see that Matthew Lillard is replaced by a stuntman. (01:40:15)

Death on the Nile (1978)
Revealing mistake: The Manager Of The Karnak Mr. Choudhury excitedly shouts "goody goody gumdrops" when the crew fishes out from the river the incriminating package. He then runs across the deck to bring it to the investigators. As he does that though, you can see on the floorboards already a wet trail from a previous take. (01:29:45)

Scream (1996)
Revealing mistake: When Sidney discovers Tatum's body, we see her head intact, in particular the eye level. In her death scene, her cranium was being crushed right at the eyesocket. (01:07:25 - 01:22:15)

Ghostbusters (1984)
Revealing mistake: During the montage of the Ghostbusters starting the business, there's a shot (the one immediately following the Larry King cameo), where the trio are running down a street. Many people are staring at the camera; it may seem fine since the Ghostbusters are running towards the camera, and they are celebrities so it could be argued that the people are looking at them, not at the camera. Look at the guys to the left though; they are looking past them at the camera and one of them even quickly fixes his hair. (00:40:05)

Ghostbusters (1984)
Revealing mistake: In the montage showing the Ghostbusters' rise to success, the body of the USA Today article has nothing to do at all with them, and in fact it is a copy/paste real life article that talks about Geoffrey Faux, economist. A faux article, the prop guy must have had a laugh with that. (00:39:30)

Revealing mistake: When Egon tries to shoot Slimer, the wall is charred on the dark section, but the beam is shown hitting the white stucco, which bears no trace of its passage. (00:36:20)

Ghostbusters (1984)
Revealing mistake: You wouldn't want to sleep inside the Sedgewick hotel, and not because of its ongoing infestation at the 12th floor; a small food cart rolls into a wall and that alone makes it wobble. (00:33:20)

Scream (1996)
Revealing mistake: Sidney is teasing Billy, and as a sort-of-reward to him she flashes him before he goes. That's the idea, but in the view from behind you can actually see through the nightie the shoulderstrap of a bra. (00:16:55)
Suggested correction: Could she have had a bra that undoes at the front and quickly flashed him?
To actually answer the question; her hand is on full display, holding the nightie open. She'd still have to open the bra. You can technically argue that you can't see her other hand, which she could be simultaneously maneuver to pull down the cup of the bra and expose a nipple, since there's hardly any time to undo it fully and she'd have to fasten it back afterwards. Or that cupless bras exist. Truth is, she opens her casual, normal, comfy nightwear during the unexpected visit of her boyfriend, and the way the scene is shot leaves no room to interpretation.
This is a question, not a correction.

Ghostbusters (1984)
Revealing mistake: The hotel where the Ghostbusters conduct their first sorta-successful disinfestation is supposed to be called "Sedgewick Hotel." However when the trio enters the hallway, through the window you can see the sign "Biltmore's Cleaners", and to the left "One Bunker Hill." The real hotel in Los Angeles used for the movie shoot is the Millennium Biltmore, which is in the One Bunker Hill area. (00:29:55)

Scream 3 (2000)
Revealing mistake: Cotton is trying to reach his girlfriend using his phone. He shouts "Pick up the phone!" then curses because he has to quickly sverve. In the last shot of his maneuver at that crossing, two other cars have to zigzag to avoid a collision. Skidmarks which match their motions are already present on the asphalt, very likely from a previous take. (00:03:25)

Revealing mistake: When inside the Forge Arishem says "I created the deviants, Sersi", you can spot Gemma Chan's beauty mark changing side - the shot is flipped. (01:01:15)
