Revealing mistake: At the end of the episode, Miss Fisher talks to Mr. Waddington about her compensation of choice in front of a matte paint of the background. (00:54:20)

A Twisting Snake - S1-E4

Revealing mistake: When the protagonist and Uncle Six battle on top of the escalator, Six gets thrown off, landing downstairs. Very much like a pro wrestling Irish whip, it's quite noticeable how the victim is running towards the move before he gets pulled, with a cut to try to hide the lack of any push from the other hand or forceful twist. Revealing mistake: A basket with fireworks catches fire. When the basket is flung into the air, they forgot to add the CGI for it, so it's not burning at all. But the effect is there in the second shot, when Aladdin bicycle kicks it away. (00:06:00)

Revealing mistake: Richard Roundtree is quite literally butt naked during his stick fight in the Emir's stable towards the beginning of the movie, except in one shot where the person in frame is wearing blue sweatpants. (00:12:50)

Revealing mistake: When Shaft fights the bad guys disguised as flower delivery men, both die with their blood packs that explode triggered by visible pyrotechnics - kinda odd to shoot a guy and see literally flames burst out from his chest or back before any blood comes out. (00:48:50)

Revealing mistake: Lou received Georgia's rather incriminating phone call. Only his bedside lamp is lit, supposedly, but when he opens the drawer of the nightstand the lamp is on, it casts a light on the wall above, revealing the presence of more sources of lights in the room. (00:07:00)

Revealing mistake: When Shaft thinks about the address of the drug supplier, he stares at a newspaper clipping on the wall. The clipping is zoomed in close for over 1 second, and it's more than enough to spot the famous words "Lorem ipsum..." at the beginning of the article, revealing the clip to be just a movie prop with the industry standard filler text jibberish. Revealing mistake: During the credit sequence with the iconic Isaac Hayes theme, occasionally passersby look into the camera, but given the camera placement and the amount of people involved it's hard to label that as mistake. At one point tho, around the 2:50 mark, some tall dude walks into frame and waves a "black power fist" for the camera - he couldn't be greeting Shaft with the gesture because he does it when Richard Roundtree has already walked well past him.
