Revealing mistake: When everyone enters the Judge's room and looks at him lying lifeless in bed, the room is in the dark. The light increases when the candles have been on the bedstand for a couple seconds already. (01:12:50)

Revealing mistake: It's supposed to be the middle of the night when Elsa disappears, but the day for night effect is lacking to the say the least; the sun glow can be seen around the building, and the perfectly white clouds when Elsa is walking through the ruins. (00:33:00)

Episode #1.3 - S1-E3

Revealing mistake: When Lombard looks at Vera after realizing she stole his gun, the unruly wisps of hair are on his left temple, while in the rest of the scene they are on his right. The shot is mirrored, as you can see that suddenly it's like he's wearing a woman's shirt, with buttons on the left. (00:38:45)

Revealing mistake: The suit of armor is knocked down by a hand, but when we see it fall there's a string pulling it for a more spectacular fall. (01:04:35)

Revealing mistake: The dummy taking the fall for Mario Adorf truly falls like a ragdoll, with the legs obviously crossing together in the most unnatural way. (00:50:40)

Revealing mistake: The cable car that plummets to its destruction is missing the number "1" printed on the outside. (00:30:20)

Sammo

Revealing mistake: As the cable car dangles and the 'heroes' are struggling to find a solution, Mario Adorf operates a control panel that wobbles like cardboard from the slightest touches. (00:29:50)

Revealing mistake: Mr. Owen's dramatic appearance begins with a precise pool shot. But Owen is standing behind the table in a position incompatible with the angle the ball was shot from - someone else out of frame must have performed that shot. (01:31:50)

Revealing mistake: Dr. Armstrong uses his lighter, which, true to its name, lights the room. The whole room, with a disproportionate intensity. Even if you consider it as an acceptable exaggeration for practical purposes, especially in such old motion pictures, the set lights are turned on with half a second of delay, making the trick painfully obvious. (01:07:40)

Revealing mistake: The 'bee' on the window - immobile in the first shot - is just a dummy with static wings. (01:00:45)

Sammo

Revealing mistake: Rain is pouring on the windows, but when Lombard comes back with the bad news about the General, he's in pristine condition. (00:33:50)

No More Mr. Nice Guy - S4-E13

Revealing mistake: When Carol and Magnum jump from the terrace, you can see her land way too close to the edge of the garbage truck container; the stuntwoman's foot hits it in fact, and one of her shoes ricochets in the air. The stuntwoman picked up an injury, obviously, but Carol is unscathed and complains just about the suit getting dirty - when at the very least she lost one shoe. (00:25:30)

The Case of the Red-Faced Thespian - S4-E12

Revealing mistake: After the first performance of "Sir Fearing Pangborn", the Douglas Fairbanks and John Barrymore impersonators do another spot of dueling. The railing to the right of the stairs wobbles significantly when touched, certainly not the kind of build for a luxury home like Robin Masters', but rather a stage's. (00:12:30)
