Other mistake: Early on, there is a shot of the control room. There is a read out that is counting down from "5 04 15", meaning that the launch would be in just over five hours, not less than one minute.

Ouija (2014)
Other mistake: While exploring the attic, Lane sees a yellow chair in the attic. Trouble is the attic opening is much too small for that size of chair to have gotten through.

Hawaii Five-O (1968)
Cocoon (1) - S1-E1
Other mistake: After the funeral, McGarrett walks up to his friend. You can see not only McGarrett reflected in the man's shades, but the spotlight illuminating him following him along the wall.

M*A*S*H (1972)
Other mistake: Looking at the pins when Margaret bowls at the end, the 5 pin slides backwards towards the camera, but not fast enough to bounce off anything and then fly in from off screen. Granted this was done in slow motion, but the physics don't seem to add up.
25th May 2015
Hogan's Heroes (1965)
Man's Best Friend Is Not His Dog - S4-E6
Other mistake: When seeing the tanks through the viewfinder, Carter's hands and the background are frozen, and the tanks are actually a clip of a wartime newsreel.

The Cannonball Run (1981)
Other mistake: When the Japanese car passes the troopers sitting by the road, they're going 125 miles per hour by their speedometer. The trooper says that they're doing 125, but the radar readout says 20.

Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987)
Other mistake: After the signal change to a continuous output, the Crystalline Entity vibrates. As it does, look at the background stars. They also vibrate in time with the Entity, although the signal is focused on Entity alone.

The War of the Worlds (1953)
Other mistake: In the War Room, the Martians' movements are demonstrated on a chalkboard, but push pins easily go into it a moment later as if it were cardboard or sheet rock.

The War of the Worlds (1953)
Other mistake: In the farmhouse, when Sylvia looks out and sees movement, she claims it was too dark to see. However, the Martian was lit up enough to be seen from a distance, and details on it were seen.

The War of the Worlds (1953)
Other mistake: When the people in the bunker are watching the Reverend walking, there is a distinct meshing of two separate scenes.

The Last Starfighter (1984)
Other mistake: When Centauri "dies", he had a smile when stopped moving. After Grig closes Centauri's eyes, not only is the smile gone, but you see his now-closed right eye flinch after Grig's hand is gone.
Suggested correction: As the entry itself notes by putting "dies" in quotation marks, Centauri is not really dead. His body simply shut down to repair itself, which means it is still operating on some level, which allows for the possibility of small movements as described.

Battlestar Galactica (1978)
Saga of a Star World (1) - S1-E1
Other mistake: Assuming the Colonial fighters are pretty much identical, Apollo's control stick is marked with usual controls, whereas Zac's stick is marked completely differently, but performs exactly the same.

Coneheads (1993)
Other mistake: When the fighter jet says he has a missile lock, the shot cuts to the screen. You hear the characteristic beeping of a missile lock, but the screen shows only open sky.

The A-Team (1983)
The Rabbit Who Ate Las Vegas - S1-E7
Other mistake: The van has three silver antennas in a line on top. As they stand by it, you see the first two, but only the base of the third.

The A-Team (1983)
The Rabbit Who Ate Las Vegas - S1-E7
Other mistake: As the thug's car gets disabled and the hood flies off, the car swerves, and slows way down. As such, there's no way it had enough momentum to hit the convenient "dirt mound" ramp and do a spectacular flip and roll.

The A-Team (1983)
The Rabbit Who Ate Las Vegas - S1-E7
Other mistake: As Murdock takes off with the professor in the chopper, you can see studio equipment and lighting reflecting off the surface.

M*A*S*H (1972)
Other mistake: While celebrating the ceasefire, a Jeep full of people including Father Mulcahy stops between the Swamp and the main building. There's a streamer hanging down either side of Mulcahy from above the top of frame. Unless there's a power line to the Swamp that never appears at any time, there's nothing for it to hang from.

The Dukes of Hazzard (1979)
Other mistake: When the camera is close up on McQuade, you can see the cylinder of his pistol is empty.

Hogan's Heroes (1965)
Other mistake: Towards the end, the shot of the plane landing is a recycled shot. Even though Klink waved the flashlight, an unidentified person can be seen in the shot waving a signal light in the midst of the field. Klink was by his car.
