The Price - S3-E8

Other mistake: As Troi describes her idea of "real" chocolate to the computer, it interrupts her with a warning about the nutritional value of her request. The reply is in two parts, and between the parts, you hear the intake of breath, something no computer would do.

Tank Girl (1995)

Other mistake: The first time Rebecca gets Keslee's arm stuck, he wipes his head with his hand, but she goes to punch him, her hand passes through the hologram. His hand should have gone through as well. Also, when she shoots the bucket at the end, it dumps water on him, and he coughs, though the water shouldn't have bothered him.

Shades of Gray - S2-E22

Other mistake: In this episode, in Riker's memory, the encounter between him and Quinn is re-lived. As Quinn starts to attack Riker, you can see Riker's stunt double's face, and tell that it's Quinn's stunt double, as the hair is smooth, not styled. Also, Riker is a few inches taller than Quinn, but in the onset of the attack, they're equal heights.

Day of the Dove - S3-E7

Other mistake: As Kirk and party duel against the Klingons, there's a heavy-looking round conduit on the wall right before the turbolift door that gets knocked down so it stands as a big flower pot. A moment later, it's back in position.

The Fugitive - S3-E25

Other mistake: Old Ben duplicates Jenny so she can accompany him to his home planet. As he can turn into anything, he should be able to approximate her height. When the now twins walk out, the girl on the right is a couple of inches taller than the girl on the left. Not only that, but her hair is noticeably darker.

M*A*S*H (1972)

Show generally

Other mistake: In all the opening sequence of each episode, a group of people are waiting on the pad to get the wounded off the choppers. If you look closely as the group goes to move, the character Mulcahy is there, but it's George Morgan, who played the role in the pilot episode. From the third episode on, it was played by William Christopher, so it's the wrong actor for all the other episodes.

Blazing Saddles (1974)

Other mistake: When the Western fight breaks into the dance movie set, the background of the Western movie is seen, even though it was all several hundred feet away, on an outdoor set.

Suggested correction: This is entirely in keeping with the "reveal of the movie within a movie.

Of that, there's no question. I was pointing out that the sets for both movies were a distance apart...the Western backdrop should not have been seen.

Missing Link - S1-E20

Other mistake: As the camera pans around to look in the cockpit, the wound on Koenig's head is easily seen as a bad blending job. The edges of the prosthetic are visible.

Missing Link - S1-E20

Other mistake: In the beginning, the Eagle was moving away from the alien planet, and as such, should have crash landed facing away from the planet. However, it was facing the direction it came from. If it traveled a fairly straight line, (and the trajectory suggests it did) then it should have crashed with the rear end facing the planet.

Other mistake: Every time someone calls, either on the comlinks, or the wall panels, there always appears to be a blank wall immediately behind the person on screen, even when the camera cuts to the person calling.
