Maximum Overdrive (1986)

Other mistake: Hendershott fires the L.A.W., then gets killed. Nobody reloads it, but Wanda fires it at the beer truck as she dies.

The Secret of Gilligan's Island - S3-E25

Other mistake: At the end, the Professor and Skipper walk up on Gilligan, who's busy chiseling a message on a stone. Look carefully, because he's hitting the chisel, but the tip never touches the stone, and the 'E' in 'HOME SWEET HOME' (the message Gilligan is working on) is plainly visible.

Pass the Vegetables, Please - S3-E3

Other mistake: After Gilligan gets up to take the sand to Mary Ann, the camera closes in on the box lid. After it does, the picture goes into a freeze frame because the ripples in the water of the lagoon stop dead still for the few seconds until the dissolve into the next scene.

Movie Nut

Other mistake: When the crane arm is going through the front of the building with the T-800 on the hook, the final corner column has an explosion and begins to collapse before the arm gets there.

Movie Nut

Other mistake: As the turbo lift doors open for Joachim to say his line, the diagram of the lift system on the back wall is of the Enterprise's system.

Movie Nut

Other mistake: On the Reliant, as the woman turns and goes to activate the transporter, the blue diagram on the monitor above and to the right of her head is the port and top diagnostic views of the Enterprise, rather than the Reliant.

Darkman (1990)

Other mistake: Just before the Strack helicopter which Durant is in hits the bridge, the letter and numbers painted on the side just forward of the cockpit door are backwards, like a mirror image.

Movie Nut

Other mistake: After the Enterprise blows the port nacelle off the Reliant, the destroyed Reliant bridge is shown. The three sheaves of wires hanging from the ceiling should be on a tilt with the angle of the ship rather than straight down. Even accounting for the artificial gravity unit, which could have been damaged.

The A-Team (1983)

Champ! - S3-E16

Other mistake: In the Cable van, Face plugs the red and black leads of his control onto the wires. As he moves the controller into camera view, the black lead comes off, so the interrupter shouldn't work, but does anyway.

Chowder (2007)

Other mistake: As the shuttle craft approaches the planet, there is only a view of the stars, rather than any of the mountains or other scenery.

Superman III (1983)

Other mistake: As Lorelei is held on the wall, there appears to be a chrome ball attached to the belt she has on to give a reference point, and animation was added to complete the scene.

Star Trek (1966)

Miri - S1-E9

Other mistake: In the opening, the planet looks to be turning the same as Earth does. On the viewer it is turning correctly. However, it is too quickly to be accurate, assuming it is a copy of Earth. If so, at this higher speed, the days would be shorter. Also, the ship should be moving at such a speed as to see the planet moving in the opposite direction.
