Other mistake: In order to use the vials that have either the T-virus or the anti-virus it has to be loaded into a special gun-like tool, similar to a caulking gun. A plunger is then set, and released with a trigger, again, like a caulking gun. The problem is that when the vials are seen, the caps on either end are solid, with no hint of an opening for the fluid to get out and into the body that it is being administered to.

Other mistake: When searching the buoy for clues, Batman goes to take out an obvious screw that was supposed to hold on the panel hiding the projector. The screw is located in the top of a seam where two panels were riveted. After removal, the panel is removed and you can see the seam again that would have been hidden by the panel, as it was tall enough to fit the side from the walkway to the top. Also, the lenses on the projector were obviously fake. Any projector with lenses that badly chipped and faded would have been repaired or replaced. In addition, Batman is supposedly loosening the screw, but was turning the screw to the right, which would be tightening it.

Other mistake: When Lenny has the prison guards locked in the car and is putting the top up, the steering wheel is spinning but the front wheels aren't moving. The amount of revolutions of the steering wheel is mechanically impossible also.

Other mistake: Hogan is listening to Klink's office with the coffee pot, and the clear top is still on the basket that is the speaker, but you can hear Klink.

Other mistake: When the recruiting officer is talking to Klink, Hogan and company listen in, as usual. The problem is the coffee pot. Any other time, they take off the top, take out the basket (which is the speaker) and plug in the power: this time, they forgot to remove the top to hear it, which would have muffled the sound. But the conversation was heard just the same.

Other mistake: As the people are going up the ramp to the Oyl's party, the man in the brown stops by the piling with a paper. As he bends over, there is a sound of the pelican pooping, and the man reacting to poop on his paper. The man and his paper are on one side of the piling, and the bird's tail is on the other. He couldn't have pooped on the paper unless he threw it.

The Gypsy - S6-E13

Other mistake: In the end of the episode, after LeBeau said "Hit the deck!", the camera looks to the half-track. According to the plan, there was to be a nitro charge inside it to blow it up. Watch the tarp toward the front. It twitches upward in response to a small explosion on the ground, rather than inside. The sound effects complete the illusion.
