Deliberate mistake: The morning after the flyers are spread, Buster is sleeping in a drawer. When his alarm clock goes off, he hits his head at the top of the drawer, but later on, he can be seen standing up in it, easily visible when he is putting his coat on. The drawer obviously became wider for him to stand up in it.

Deliberate mistake: In the opening scenes just after the restaurant dialogue, as soon as the scene changes there is a quick cutscene which shows the screen zooming in on the Pentagon. If you look In the lower left corner, the text on screen gives the Pentagon location as being in Washington D.C. however, The Pentagon is located in Arlington, Virginia. (00:19:02)

Deliberate mistake: In the Extended Cut, when Fujiwara arrives at the mansion, he asks Sook-Hee "So are you carrying out your duties faithfully", then Hideko says "Thank you for introducing her." Later on, when a scene also included in the Extended Cut shows the same scene play a second time, after Fujiwara says "So are you carrying out your duties faithfully" to Sook-Hee, the two share some strange looks that weren't shown the first time. This was done because the moment between them was a scene that was included in the Theatrical Cut, the first time his arrival was shown, but was altered in the Extended Cut to not show this, because their true reason for being at the mansion was not revealed until later and including this brief moment would have given the twist away too early, whereas the Theatrical Cut included a scene that established their intentions much earlier on. The Extended Cut included these brief glances when shown the second time, but still makes for an inconsistency between the two scenes. (00:23:35 - 01:52:00)

Deliberate mistake: Some odd legal matter must be involved here; when we see the two ladies look at the viral video, one tells the other to look at the "Youtube" sensation with over a million views, but the website shown is not Youtube but an obvious knockoff version. (01:19:30)

Deliberate mistake: The movie is set in the late 50s, but Howard Hughes is dealing with his plane crash and the senate hearing about the H-4 Hercules prototype. Those are events from over a decade earlier. However, it should be noted that the initial disclaimer of the movie is "Names and dates have been changed."

Deliberate mistake: When Batman enters the replica of The Joker's apartment there's no place for The Joker to hide. Yet seconds after Batman enters, The Joker comes out of nowhere to hit him with a pot.

Deliberate mistake: It is unlikely that Kimmel shoving/ramming the beer bottles on the table using his dish and piece of steak in his right hand would shatter the beer bottles into such small pieces (or at all) like he did. (00:36:55)

Deliberate mistake: Where are the motorcades for the other world leaders?

Deliberate mistake: After Jim completes the awakening protocols, he is shown to his cabin because his door lights up. That's fine if he's the only one there, but he's not supposed to be. Presumably, there would have been hundreds of other people awakened as well, and the ship can't show all of them to their cabins by lighting their doors at the same time. But reviving every passenger separately and showing them to their rooms one at a time seems highly inefficient.

Deliberate mistake: After David jumps off the roof of the Firebrand building, it is discovered that he had been wearing a parachute, but this parachute was never visible on him at any point previously in the scene. Even when he was on the roof and after jumping, the parachute was nowhere to be seen. The parachute was too big to have gone unnoticed. It would have been visible whenever the shot was behind him and the straps would have been seen whenever the camera was in front of him. (01:17:30)
