Factual error: When Charles Barkley says "Welcome to the NBA" after dunking on Mark, the ceiling shown above Barkley is way too low to be the ceiling for Haas Pavilion at UC Berkley where the game is being played. It only appears to be about 30 feet high.
PMS: Post Moving in Syndrome - S1-E20
Continuity mistake: Vanessa tells Mark that she and Robin voted on a new rule that there is no playing basketball after 10:00 PM. Mark immediately goes upstairs to protest, and when he walks into the bathroom, Vanessa has a towel wrapped around her head and a purple masque on her face, with not nearly enough time to have put them there.
Audio problem: There are several occasions during the two games between the Warriors and Suns where you can hear referees blowing their whistles, but play doesn't stop.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode when Mark is building the house of cards there are 2 cards on the top. At one point during the scene suddenly there are 4.
Continuity mistake: When Mark says "is it lunch yet?" Michelle is suddenly sitting at the table.
Continuity mistake: Mark writes Mr. Cooper on the blackboard. The shot changes, the position of the letters have changed. Later on in the scene his name is now underlined.
Continuity mistake: When Mark and Geneva go into the kitchen, the Candy Land game on the floor has disappeared.
One on One - S5-E7
Revealing mistake: When Coach Norris matches Mark's dunk in their game of HORSE, you can tell that she uses a trampoline or some other kind of apparatus that's off screen to assist her in her jump.
Factual error: After Vanessa falls out of the boat and climbs back in, her clothes and hair are only damp whereas she should have been dripping wet after falling into a lake. (00:16:47)
Other mistake: Throughout the episode, characters make reference to Mark's Grandma having a wooden leg, including the woman herself. However, both of her legs are visible from the knee down several times in the episode, and you can see both of them are flesh and bone.
