Continuity mistake: When Bones is examining the ring, the position of the ring and her fingers is constantly changing. (00:37:05)
Character mistake: Episode 5.07, "Dwarf in the Dirt" - Over lunch with Doctor/Chef Gordon Wyatt, Angela says he'd have to dislocate his jaw like "an articulated python" in order to bite into his sandwich. The snake is actually called a reticulated python.
The Foot in the Foreclosure - S5-E8
Audio problem: In the beginning of the episode, Booth introduces his grandfather to Sweets and his grandfather asks, "Where did you get your M.D., in a Cracker Jack box?" You can hear Bones laugh, but her mouth remains closed.
The Gamer in the Grease - S5-E9
Continuity mistake: Fisher is putting a glove on his right hand when Dr Saroyan walks in. It cuts between them a few times, then we see him turning to the table to explain about the bones and neither of his hands are gloved. A short while later he turns to put on gloves - he regloves his right hand, it goes back to Dr Saroyan for a second, then back to him turning towards the table and both hands are now gloved. (00:17:20 - 00:18:20)
The Gamer in the Grease - S5-E9

The Gamer in the Grease - S5-E9
Visible crew/equipment: When Booth and Bones first see the Autistic boy a pink T marker is visible on the floor.

Continuity mistake: The amount of blood on the breeze block changes between shots when Bones first looks at it. (00:18:50)
Continuity mistake: When Booth gets the print off the block, the tape has loads of black charcoal dust on it. The camera now zooms in and shows a distinctive clear finger print with no excess dust. (00:20:00)
Factual error: The Roswell, New Mexico sheriff forces Bones to examine the body because it was found in his jurisdiction. But later in the episode, we learn that the body was found 2 kilometers from the border of Mexico. Roswell is not even in a county on the border of New Mexico much less one that borders Mexico. In fact the closest border to Roswell between the US and Mexico would be in Texas - hours drive away. The Roswell sheriff would have no jurisdiction.
Audio problem: At about 3:47 into the episode, you hear the sound of a slide racking on a pump shotgun, however, when the shotgun wielding woman appears on camera, she is holding a side by side break action double barreled shotgun instead of a pump action.
The Proof in the Pudding - S5-E12
Continuity mistake: When Booth is talking to his boss at the diner, the latter is chewing on his mouth full of food when shot from the right, and has an empty mouth when shot from the left. This happens every time the shot changes angles. (00:11:30)

The Proof in the Pudding - S5-E12

The Proof in the Pudding - S5-E12
Continuity mistake: When Bones confirms the bones in the lab were not JFK's she has a coffee cup in her hand. When the shot changes she now has a fork in her hand. (00:38:08)
Chosen answer: Pickering states the name "Juan Guzman" and during the run of the show we are never told who he is, or why Brennan had been in Cuba and met with this Juan Guzman. We don't know if there is any kind of "relationship" between Brennan and Guzman. A bit frustrating, but I like how this short scene shuts down Agent Pickering's entire review, and it hints at Brennan's career history and her level of security clearance.

Thanks for the clarification. It's been a while since I watched the series start to finish. It also adds to show how much power Brennan actually has.

Do you remember when Bones was telling Angela about the time she was on one of her out of the country trips, and she was thrown in a dark cell for what she later found out was 3 days? She was crying and looked terrified as she remembered this. She had that same look as someone who was remembering past trauma when Pickering said this name. I kind of always thought that "Juan Guzman" was the one who did that.
