Doctor Who (2005)

Doctor Who mistake picture

The Pilot - S10-E2

Other mistake: After the Doctor tells Bill that Heather's face isn't symmetrical, when he and Bill look into the "puddle" together the Doctor explains that instead of seeing her normal backwards reflection, she's seeing her face "the right way round." The problem occurs in the next shot of the Doctor and Bill seen in the puddle, because the "WOW!" patch on Bill's jacket is properly where it should be, but note everything else is actually backwards. Things such as Bill's color-block top and her denim jacket buttons are on the opposite way. Also note the Doctor's ring has switched hands. Presumably this shot was edited, and the "WOW!" patch was blurred on the left of Bill's jacket then digitally added to the right side, to give the appearance that it's "the right way round" as the Doctor said. Other mistake: When ET launches all the bicycles into the air, first there's a closeup of Michael, then in the next closeup of Steve as they climb higher he leans back with his arms outstretched, as if he's balancing himself on his bike, and we see Steve's right hand making a fist pretending to grip his handlebar, though he's not actually gripping anything at all, it's an empty fist. (This shot has nothing to do with CGI disappearing issues).

Other mistake: While ET is pulling the blanket loaded down with small appliances, etc., the TV is playing "Francis Goes to the Races" and when the film's Peter and Frances walk into the stall we hear Frances (the woman, not the mule Francis) say, "Grandpa, what's wrong?" but the subtitles on the DVD (1982 and 2002 versions) read, "Stanford, what's wrong?" and the subtitles on Netflix (1982 version) read, "Francis, what's wrong?" Additionally, when ET pulls the blanket behind the TV, on the TV screen we see Frances join her grandfather and we hear their dialogue, but in the next shot as ET stumbles out from behind the TV very drunk, even though we hear the TV's continued dialogue, what we actually see on the TV screen is a repeat of Frances joining her grandfather again, and then it jumps to the scene of Peter in the stall with Francis.

E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial mistake picture

Other mistake: In all the shots of ET wearing the white sheet the two eye holes are about a foot apart, so he could see out of the holes properly, but when Michael finds the white sheet ET had been wearing he lifts the material and we see that the two eye holes are only about two inches apart, which makes no sense. (It was Gertie's sheet that had eye holes so close together).

Last of the $2 Bills - S1-E9

Other mistake: When the two dollar bill engraving plates are being stolen from the Bureau of Printing and Engraving (in reality it's called Bureau of Engraving and Printing), in the closeup of the plates we see the obverse and reverse sides do not look like the images on real two dollar bills of that era (perhaps this was deliberate, but still an error).

Wonder Woman (1976)

Wonder Woman mistake picture

Formula 407 - S1-E12

Other mistake: At the start, the episode's textbox reads, "Fort Frazier Ordnance Testing Facility" with correct spelling, but in the next shot the base's sign reads, "Fort Frazier Ordinance Testing Facility" when it should actually be "Ordnance."

Last of the $2 Bills - S1-E9

Other mistake: After Wotan's arrival on the Virginia beach, there are two closeups of Wonder Woman leaping into the air and the "boots" she's wearing aren't actually boots, they are shoes with the high boot part layered over them, and when she's on the beach she's wearing the flat boots.

Wonder Woman (1976)

Last of the $2 Bills - S1-E9

Other mistake: In the two closeups of Steve's two dollar bill being held first by Steve and then by Diana, we can read "1963 A" and the name "Henry H. Fowler" Secretary of the Treasury during Lyndon Johnson's administration, as it appears under the red seal, even though this takes place in 1942.

The Pluto File - S1-E8

Other mistake: This takes place in 1942, but modern 1970s era cars can be seen behind Wonder Woman and Steve when the attendants are loading Benson into the ambulance. Then again later, when The Falcon's partner creates a diversion and is being shot at by the guard.

The Feminum Mystique: Part 2 - S1-E6

Other mistake: On Paradise Island, while the Nazis are distracted by the quarreling Amazons in the water, when Wonder Woman jumps and lands beside Queen Hippolyta her boots are flat, but the heels soon appear when she rushes off with the bracelets. This happens again later, when Wonder Woman chases after the XPJ-1 on the runway.

A Trip to Mexico - S8-E3

Other mistake: During the scenes at Elmo's shop, where Aunt Bee's pictures are developed, it's obvious that this is actually Emmett's Fix-It Shop. We can see the window of the shop next door through Elmo's doorway, and recognize it as the store next door to Emmett's shop which has "Furniture, New and Used" on its front window.

Goober's Contest - S7-E30

Other mistake: Twice during the episode the actor who plays Floyd is replaced by his body double. The first time is when Floyd's driving to and away from Wally's station in the earlier scene, and the second is later, when Aunt Bee leaves Floyd's shop and we see Floyd stand up through the window.

Goober's Contest - S7-E30

Other mistake: Right before Aunt Bee wins the five dollar prize at Wally's station she talks about how she's never won anything, not even the church raffle, and right after she wins she excitedly waves the five dollar bill and says, "I've never won anything before in my life!" However, in season 6 episode "Aunt Bee on TV" the man from the IRS stated that Aunt Bee had won $4,850 worth of prizes on the game show, and even though she sold most of her prizes she kept two of them. So her statement makes no sense even for Aunt Bee.
