Factual error: Not only Mulan's horse is able to outrun an avalanche (at the beginning even unseen by the large enemy army who does not even notice the event occurring), but it also gallops through it undisturbed while Honghui is being carried away depicted as being in serious danger. (01:09:30)

Mulan (2020)
Suggested correction: This is consistent with what you see throughout the whole film: Mulan consistently breaks the laws of physics because her "Chi" is strong. (Translating it to the Star Wars lingo: Strong with her The Force is.) Five minutes before (video time, not in-film time) she reversed the flight direction of a spear. This is a fantasy film and is supposed to do all of this; we watch it knowing that magic, "Chi", and The Force are not real.
That's a composition fallacy.

And Then There Were None (2015)
Episode #1.1 - S1-E1
Factual error: Unlike Christie's novels, there is no explicit statement of the date - the original novel started on the August 8th, which is compatible with what is shown here; Vera is interviewed and the letters are all posted on August 2nd 1939, which would fit. However, there's a problem when Vera changes seats en route to Soldier's island. A passenger is reading the Daily Express, and the headline is from August 29th of that year. Too much time elapsed and it's the end of the Summer while the chat between Emily and Vera implies otherwise; it's also Tuesday but the doctor comments "It's been a long week" when he apologizes at dinner - the weekend feels a more appropriate time for a party and gathering as shown. Absolute Deception (2013)
Factual error: When the protagonist is looking up the fingerprint (or fingertip...) data in the computer, he gets a match for a New York State Driver license. The document is a clear fake, with no document number (which in 2008 was on the front) and a 10 digits client ID number instead of 9 digits. (00:04:00)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Factual error: The location designed for the drop is the crossing between Hotel Street and Liliha Street...which do not intersect, there's King Street in between the two, at most.

Spotlight (2015)
Factual error: When the car with the priest and the bishop drive off in 1976, the Massachusetts license plate is 6LW H51 which does not follow the serial patterns from the timeframe. (00:02:15)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Factual error: Even if we ignore the Hollywood magic of the 80s when you can just get into the CIA database with an Atari operated by a kid, the modem also turns the hospital TV on. That's quite the omnipotent device.

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Luther Gillis: File #521 - S4-E2
Factual error: Luther shoots at the two yo-yos who shot Magnum; he shoots 7 times in rapid succession and an 8th round as he runs closer, but he carries a revolver with a 6 bullets capacity. (00:13:05)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Factual error: In the flashback of 6 years-old Magnum paddling with his dad before he leaves for the war in Korea, Mr. Magnum is wearing a Rolex GMT Master with the Pepsi bezel, a model designed in 1955, well after the war. (00:12:05)

The Elmo Ziller Story - S2-E20
Factual error: At the beginning of the episode, the captions say; "Texas Hill Country." Later, Elmo explains the case and mentions to Magnum that it happened "outside El Paso." Very much outside, since El Paso is nowhere near Hill Country, hundreds off to the West. (00:01:35 - 00:15:40)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Factual error: At the end of the episode, they bring flowers on the tomb at the Memorial cemetery, but given the crime committed, the vet would have been denied to be buried with those honors.

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Factual error: Magnum shoots a flare gun at a helicopter, and that brings it down making the heli's engine sputter and slowly lose altitude. That's Hollywood nonsense, as a projectile of that kind wouldn't do that sort of damage. (00:41:00)

Italian Ice - S2-E15
Factual error: Magnum drives off in the night with the damsel in distress; a mafioso shoots at him with his 'lupara' double-barrel shotgun...3 times in rapid succession. (00:07:15)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Italian Ice - S2-E15
Factual error: The bad guy is called "Marchese di Como", the Marquis of Como, but as perhaps it is more known internationally now than in the 80s, Como is at the very North of Italy and nowhere near Sicily. The Marquis/Marchese's henchman is called "Segundo" (pronounced as such and written in the credits), but it's a Spanish name, not an Italian one.

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Italian Ice - S2-E15
Factual error: When Magnum first approaches the Ferrari of the mobster, the front license plate is ZZG A 532. When he drives off, the back license plate can be seen, and it's 574572. Neither is a valid Italian license plate for the time period, it should also be noted. (00:02:35 - 00:07:10)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Italian Ice - S2-E15
Factual error: Marchese is calling for Maria the cook. The sentence he says to one of his henchmen is probably meant to be "I'll put her in a bodybag" in Italian, but the way he says it and mispronounces sounds like " I'll f*ck her in a sack." (00:06:00)

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Italian Ice - S2-E15
Factual error: The Italian featured in the episode ranges from acceptable but still pronounced with a clear foreign accent and no understanding of the language, to utter garbage with mangled words, like the bit when the maid/cook is feeding the cats at the beginning.

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
The Taking of Dick McWilliams - S2-E9
Factual error: Mitsu comes from a strict family of Japanese heritage who stay true to the culture, donning the oriental garb and unequivocally showing that she follows the tradition, but she does not even know how to pronounce "Arigato" correctly. (00:43:00)

Double Dragon 3: The Sacred Stones
Factual error: In the Arcade, the map marker at the beginning of each stage is all wrong, being too far right - the US level starts somewhere off Nova Scotia, the Italian marker is in the Black Sea, etc. Home versions mostly fix it, but not quite; the Italian level in the Amiga version would be in France and the Egypt final stop is more like in Algeria.
16th May 2020
Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Factual error: The whole episode begins with the premise that a Soviet pilot would fly his MIG aircraft all the way to Hawaii to defect to the US from the USSR; while the aircraft of this episode is fictional (MIG-30), it still is at unreasonable distance for a military jet fighter of its era.

Magnum, P.I. (1980)
Factual error: The first attempt to extract Nina fails. The messy and grizzled KGB agent says then, in captions (hard subs); "Excuse, Mikhail Fillipovitch." Filipovic, maybe, surely not with the double L; you can also hear in the pronunciation there's no double. (00:15:00)
