Audio problem: Hibiki is quickly browsing through screenshots. Kindaichi yells 'Stop' when he spots a detail. Miyuki then asks about it, but her mouth is animated opening and closing a second before the voice first comes out. (00:07:35)

Audio problem: Hassan runs away, chased by Dr. King. A wild Lady Westholme appears and says a line that does not match her lips. (Peter Ustinov's lips move without a sound as well, but in his case Poirot is self-censoring an expletive). (01:15:15)

Audio problem: When Kindaichi understands the trick and runs away from the murder room, Miyuki as usual exclaims "Hajime-chan!" but with a curious flub in animation, her tongue moves but not her lips. Try to say "Hajime-chan" keeping your mouth open all the time, it's fun. (00:18:45)

Audio problem: Lupin finds Linda in the flowerbed and eventually asks her what the flower known as 'Third sun' is. Her mouth starts moving, but the audio of the girl's answer comes with a significant delay. (00:08:20)

Audio problem: Kindaichi is listening to the recording of the phone call a couple times over; however he does not listen to it in a loop, but rather the file shows up as lasting 52 seconds, with the call being just a handful of seconds. On top of that, when he listens to it again in front of the building, the timestamps don't match.

Audio problem: Lady Westholme pushes the half-open door against Poirot twice. The door makes the same sound it does when it gets slammed shut later (twice). As stocky as Peter Ustinov is, he's not made of wood, and while obviously a door hitting a person would make a thud (I admit having tested it), it wouldn't make the kind of sound heard here. The Campground 'Bizarre' Case - S1-E17

Audio problem: Having reached the campground sign, Juri Takano shouts at the others that they are almost there. Her mouth animation comes about a second before the sound starts. (00:06:50)

Audio problem: During the fireworks, Poirot's line about the "nice and royal" show giving him "confidence" is dubbed over, and you can in fact see Peter Ustinov in the shot of the crowd, not saying those words. (01:37:40)

Audio problem: When Poirot stands from his seat after telling the truth about the spider, he looks at Dr. King. Her lips move but there is no audio. (01:33:50)

Audio problem: Running away from the 'bear', Tully shouts the humorous line; "I'm gonna to bring this up at the next tenants' meeting...there's not supposed to be any pets in the building." However, look at Rick Moranis' face; his lips are not moving and the line was dubbed over. (00:54:10)
