Continuity mistake: Caida Libre: When Martin Madrazo shows Michael and Trevor the picture of Javier on his tablet, in the front shot Madrazo's right hand is along the side of the tablet, near the bottom and the fingers on his left hand are pressed against the tablet, but in the next shot, his right hand is along the bottom of the tablet, and his left hand fingers are more curled.

Just before Michael makes it through the front door, Franklin is seen talking to a police officer who has his arms by his side. Continuity mistake: Prologue: After Michael and Brad have been shot and the three extra police cars arrive, Trevor turns around and notices a woman standing in the far background. The woman is standing out of the shadow, but when the shot cuts to a closer shot, she is suddenly standing much closer to the shadow.

When the shot is on Trevor, the outside of the car can be seen through the back window, and it is driving on the right side of the road. The shot then cuts to an exterior angle behind the car, where the car is driving on the left side of the road.

Continuity mistake: When Coco is examining the skeleton, Lieutenant Joshi is leaning against the medical table with her elbow a couple inches away from the skull and upper torso bones. A couple of shots later, when the camera focuses on the bones, Joshi's elbow is not against the table. Then in the next shot, her elbow is back again. (00:24:30)

Continuity mistake: On Utapau, when Obi-Wan faces off with Grievous, Grievous sends 4 MagnaGuards against Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan Force-pulls something from the ceiling to crush the droids. But in the ensuing fight between Obi-Wan and Grievous, the ceiling thing and crushed droids are gone.

Continuity mistake: When Thor, Rocket and Groot begin charging towards the army after arriving in Wakanda, the shot from behind them shows Rocket and Groot running slightly behind Thor. Then it cuts directly to a shot in front of them, just before Thor jumps into the air, and Rocket and Groot are now further back. (01:45:50)

Trivia: The final shot of Thanos smiling while sitting on the porch of a farmhouse is a nod to the ending of the "Infinity Gauntlet" storyline, which showed a defeated but optimistic Thanos similarly residing on a farm and smiling.

Trivia: Directors Joe and Anthony Russo like to put in nods to their previous works in their MCU films. In this movie, a man closely resembling Tobias Funke in his "Blue Man Group" makeup (from the series "Arrested Development") is briefly visible inside of one of the Collector's cages behind Gamora for a brief instant. It's hard to spot, but he's there.

Continuity mistake: Whilst they are discussing the plan on Titan, just after Star-Lord tells Tony to not call them plucky, the shot cuts to Tony turning his head to Star-Lord. In this shot, Tony and Star-Lord are positioned around 90° rotated from each other, but in the next shot, the two are suddenly facing each other directly. (01:22:55)

Continuity mistake: When Black Widow stabs Corvus Glaive, she kicks him to the ground and he drops his weapon, with the weapon landing beside him. Proxima Midnight then runs up to Black Widow and Captain America picks up Corvus Glaive's weapon, but it is now much further away from him. (00:41:05)

Continuity mistake: When Doctor Strange attempts to use the Time Stone on Ebony Maw, Maw ties up Strange telepathically and strangles him unconscious. Beside Strange is a police car and a motorbike tipped on its side. Maw then lifts the ground he is lying on, but the police car has been replaced by an SUV and the motorbike has disappeared. Continuity mistake: When Peter sees the ship whilst he is on the school bus, he taps Ned on the shoulder and asks him to make a distraction. When he taps Ned on the shoulder, Ned has earphones in both ears, and one of the earphones falls out when Peter taps him, whilst the other earphone remains in his ear. Two shots after, when Thanos asks Loki for the Tesseract, Thanos' fingers are spread apart. Two shots after that, when Thanos says "Or your brother's head", his fingers are suddenly close together again. (00:02:55)
