Visible crew/equipment: The astronaut coming out of the lake is twice in series 6: In episode 1, "The Impossible Astronaut", and in episode 13, "The Wedding of River Song." In "The Wedding of River Song", when the helmet of the suit is lifted the astronaut is revealed to be River Song. However, in "The Impossible Astronaut", when the helmet was lifted, a man's beard can be seen. Clearly the use of a double to avoid giving the reveal away too early.

Two shots after, there is a closer shot of the cards, and Polymerization can be seen beneath Mystical Space Typhoon even though it wasn't visible in the earlier shot. (00:19:20)

However, on the point display that is shown when the points go up, the word DEF can be seen, indicating that it is in defence mode. Since it is the attack points of this card that are going up, and it is currently in attack mode, the word ATK should have been shown in the point display instead. (00:16:18)

A couple minutes later, after Atticus says he and Alexis are going to conquer the world, it cuts to Hassleberry saying "Man, bro bro's got some issues", and the two Slifer Red students behind Chazz have disappeared. Continuity mistake: Chazz and Hassleberry argue about the Slifer Red meals, and then Chazz grabs onto Hassleberry's hand when he tries to pour soy sauce in his bowl. While this happens, Syrus is holding a bowl low to the table and is holding chopsticks pointed forwards. When the shot cuts to Syrus, the bowl is lifted higher off the table and the chopsticks are pointed downwards. (00:00:48)
