Continuity mistake: Gar enters a room and leaves the door open. Throughout the whole mirror scene the door is also open both when the camera looks at him and when the camera points at the mirror. However, when he is about to leave the room he needs to open the door as it has been closed inbetween us looking at Gar in the mirror and looking at him normally. (00:17:50 - 00:18:35)

Continuity mistake: The size of the hole that Wolverine climbs through increases drastically. (00:07:45)
Continuity mistake: In Episode 1, Nora tells Nathan that he isn't supposed to know if she is a human or AI, but later on in the season when the egg hunt is announced, it is clear that the prize is virtual funds for the Uploads, and actual cash for the Angels.
Triumvirate of Terror! - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: After Joker subdues the other Amazonians, he is disguised as a female warrior and talks to Wonder Woman and her mother. There are no Amazonians knocked out in front of Joker and one is beside him with her head behind him. But in the reverse angle, that one has vanished and there is suddenly another Amazonian adjacent in front of Joker with her body in a different position. (00:11:10)

Continuity mistake: When Echo prepares to calibrate the surgical pod, he has a bandage on his head, even though the members of the Bad Batch don't get their control chips removed until near the end of the episode. (00:14:11)
Escalation - S2-E4
Continuity mistake: After Thomas pours Juliana and himself a glass of milk, the position of Juliana's glass moves without her touching it a few times between shots.
Continuity mistake: In her rooftop fight with Tommy, Batwoman opens with a batarang, then sends him face down kicking him from behind. They wrestle some, and the railgun goes off once. In a wide shot when she punches him in the midsection a few times while he is trapped in an armlock, you can see the gun on the ground. He had it in hand in the previous shot and is still in his possession later. (00:35:00)
San Junipero - S3-E4
Continuity mistake: Near the end, Yorkie gets into a red left-side drive convertible, then is seen driving on highway in the same car but with right side drive. Following scenes are of a left-side drive car. (00:58:00)
Continuity mistake: When Jemma, Skye, and Ward are at the Academy it is daytime. When Seth and Donnie are in the parking garage it is night time briefly. Then, it becomes daytime when they flash back to Ward, and remains daytime when they flash to Seth and Donnie.
Continuity mistake: When the mother and father are frozen in the park, the dad is holding a napkin up near his chin; but in the subsequent shots his hand is on his lap.
Continuity mistake: When Sara rejoins the crew at the end of the episode, Nate lifts his left hand to his face and hollers. In the next shot, he has his right hand to his face instead. (00:40:25)
Oh, My Aching Antenna - S1-E33
Continuity mistake: Even though Tim and Uncle Martin live on the 2nd floor at Mrs. Brown's above the garage, every view outside the living room window with the sheer drapes shows the house across the street from a ground floor perspective. This happens in multiple episodes.
Continuity mistake: When Top tackles the villain into the water his black jacket has a huge NTSC logo on the back. The show cuts to commercial and when returns the villain and Tom fight in the water however the huge NTSC logo is gone from Tom's jacket. They wrestle under water and the villain floats face down to the surface revealing the back of a black jacket. The show attempts to add tension by tricking the viewer into not knowing if it's Tom or the villain's black jacket. (00:37:05)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning when the lady at check in is passed out on the floor, she is right up against the desk, but when Lois goes behind to tend to her, she is further away from the desk, and closer to the wall.
Continuity mistake: David and Kathy exit to the outside of the building, closing the inside door and the outer door. When Sheriff Carver exits to the outside, the inner door is not closed, but open as he steps out.
Continuity mistake: When the alarm in the office goes off, there are clocks visible around the alarm. The time on the New York clock is 10:40. About 15 seconds later, as the agents go into the meeting room, the New York clock has gone back 5 minutes to 10:35. It is definitely the same clock because the alarm is visible next to it. Continuity mistake: When Molly is in space, alone, a man she knew is on The Other Side of a door that has a circular window in it. The man uses his finger to draw the words "HELP ME." When we first see the words, they are legible and about a third of the way below the top of the window, but the next time the words are much higher up and hard to read, and the third time they are now back to the original place.
There Is No Normal Anymore - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: The beautiful blonde visitor takes a picture of herself on Tyler's phone. However, we get a perfect view of her as she concentrates to take the snap (looking very serious and studious, barely showing her teeth), but when we see the picture she is wearing a classic toothy smile right across her face.
