Continuity mistake: When the second group of Spearhead jets take off from Marineville there are only two jets, but in the next shot you can see three jets, and in the next shot there are two again.
Continuity mistake: When we first see Marty, he is sitting in a director's chair and drops his script on the floor. In the next shot, the script is back in his chair.
Continuity mistake: When Troy opens up his belt and finds two sea shells, the belt is under his hands in one shot, but in the next shot it is now further down the bed.

Character mistake: Everyone refers to the Professor as "Sanders", as does the poster at the main gate, but X20's letter is addressed to Professor Saunders.

Continuity mistake: During the transformation scene in X20's room, the clock in his room reads 7.20, but seconds later reads 9.00.
Continuity mistake: When Stingray is caught in a whirlpool, its hydroplane fins on one side are damaged, but in subsequent shots appear completely fine.
Continuity mistake: The clock in the standby lounge at the beginning of the episode reads 8:54, but one minute later it reads 9:01.
Revealing mistake: The switch that Phones uses to turn off the television set is labelled "BRIGHTNESS".
Continuity mistake: Before telling the viewers about his 'most unusual experience', Troy is seen in his dressing gown and he is unshaven. But when the flashback footage of 'Raptures Of The Deep' ends, Troy is seen in his WASP uniform and he is now clean-shaven.
The Big Gun - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: On the side of the missile ejector, the symbol of a crab keeps changing to a fish throughout the episode.
Revealing mistake: The magazine that Phones is reading has blank pages inside.
Continuity mistake: When Troy and Phones leave Stingray on their hoverbikes, Phones has a fish on his lap, but when Gadus watches Troy and Phones on his video screen in his submarine, the fish has suddenly disappeared.
Continuity mistake: The security pass that Agent X20 flashes at the Sergeant is actually Sandy Gibson's pass which was seen only moments before. X20's thumb obscures the picture, but Gibson's name is visible on the left side.
Revealing mistake: At the very beginning of the episode, we see a hydrocharge being fired which causes an explosion in the sea. Then just a few shots later, another hydrocharge is fired and we see the same explosion - this is due to footage of one explosion being used twice.
Audio problem: The WSP Commander has another different voice in this episode - this time he is voiced by David Graham.
Character mistake: Troy uses the Surface Video Scan (SVS), but later calls it the "SVC".
Continuity mistake: After Troy finishes talking to Phones about if the ice is a trick, we cut to a shot of Stingray trapped in the ice. Later on in the episode, when Phones pulls the gear lever in an attempt to move Stingray from the ice, he says, "We're iced up!" and we cut to the same shot of Stingray trapped in the ice as before.
Character mistake: When we first meet Gadus, he pronounces his name "Gay-dus", but later on in the episode Maran calls him "Gad-us".
