Continuity mistake: Serpentera is different from the Serpentera shown in Series 2, 3, and 4.
Continuity mistake: When the Punisher knocks out Daredevil he wakes up with a gun taped to his right hand. When the Punisher says that Daredevil has to shoot him, Dardevil struggles to escape from his chains and we get a shot from his right side, where the gun is no longer there. Continuity mistake: The 4 Space Rangers (Carlos, TJ, Cassie, Ashley) morph on the overhanging gangway, then jump off to the ground below. We see them hit the ground, and in the very next shot, they're right next to the Galaxy Rangers, and Andross, who are on the other side of the courtyard. There wasn't enough time for them to move that distance.
Continuity mistake: The back passenger tire blows and they come to a stop, You can see the tire is still inflated. But when they show a close up of the tire its burst at the tread. (00:21:20)
Continuity mistake: At the waterfall, after jumping off the cliff and into the water, Skye leads Josh to the rock carvings. Josh's wet hair keeps changing position from being completely slicked back, to partially covering his forehead, to being completely forward over his brow.

Continuity mistake: In the scene in bus station, when Mork is talking to the drunk sleeping person, he's holding a bag, there's a shot of the FBI man, and the next shot of Mork, he's not holding the bag anymore.
Continuity mistake: "Railway Station" (Adventure 2, Part 4): Steel's crooked bow tie straightens itself out between takes as he's confronting the soldier's ghost. (00:04:00)

Continuity mistake: In the fight scene at the start of the episode, Jesse knocks one of the GS agents into the water - in subsequent shots he has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: Wolverine first enters the sewers by ripping away a fence in the subway. When Jubilee and Gambit follow him, the fence is still intact. When they get closer it is torn again. Odd, really, because on the whole this show has few continuity errors, like self-mending clothes in other cartoons.
Give Me Your Princess - S1-E17
Continuity mistake: Commander Keith pilots the blue lion for part of this episode since the princess is trying to learn to fly the black lion. When Keith is transported to the lion it is the black lion.
Continuity mistake: When Stephanie runs in and sees 'Jim' on the floor there is a huge puddle of blood on the floor. When 'Jim' changes back into Amelia the puddle disappears.
Fear Burns Down to Ashes - S4-E15
Continuity mistake: Rev Bem returns for this episode, however the costume department seems to have forgotten all the changes his character went through in S3 "What Happens to a Rev Deferred?" His face is distinctly more Magog than it should be, and his hands have reverted back into clawed fingers.
Continuity mistake: Elisabeth Shue is talking to Homelander by her car. As she gets her baby out of the car, she says "can we please just talk later" and has a muslin hanging over her right shoulder, turns around, and from the reverse angle the muslin is bundled up in front of her, not over her shoulder at all. Then the angle changes again and it's back where it was before.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the battle between Jaden Yuki and Gravekeeper's Chief, just as the explosion settles, in one shot you see the Gravekeeper's Spear card to the left of Gravekeeper's Chief on the duel disk. However in the next shot Gravekeeper's Spear is replaced with Magician of Black Chaos, which Chief neither has in his deck or ever played in the match. (00:13:35)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning when the lady at check in is passed out on the floor, she is right up against the desk, but when Lois goes behind to tend to her, she is further away from the desk, and closer to the wall.
The Mind of Simon Foster - S3-E23
Continuity mistake: When the pawnbroker closes his metal gate, he's facing the wire mesh. When the shot cuts, he's instantly facing away from it. (00:10:15)
Continuity mistake: When the alarm in the office goes off, there are clocks visible around the alarm. The time on the New York clock is 10:40. About 15 seconds later, as the agents go into the meeting room, the New York clock has gone back 5 minutes to 10:35. It is definitely the same clock because the alarm is visible next to it. (00:03:40)
Continuity mistake: When Marwan Hanano stops the basketball with his foot, his feet are facing the court, so his left foot is almost perpendicular to the concrete strip. In the next shot, with his right foot still on the ball, his left foot changes position, so it's nearly parallel with the concrete strip.
